I'm developing a Calendar application, and I'm using a Spark List inside a Panel for each individual day, in a 5x7 grid. I'd like to make sure that the individual lists stay the same size and simply add scrollbars when needed, but I'd also like to avoid setting an explicit width or height to maintain compatibility with multiple screen resolutions.

Loading thumbnails using this method works perfectly. The issue happens when you scroll the List.
Flex 3 List control had a itemRollOver event. Flex 4 List doesn't have it. Is there an equivalent or a workaround for this issue?
View 2 RepliesI'm trying to animate a list as I delete the top row. All the examples I can find use itemsChangeEffect to bind to the effect, but this property exists only in MX lists, not spark lists.
Any idea how I can get the same effect done in Spark Lists?
I'm trying to remove the top most item in the list with a slight fade out effect before the rest of the items move up to replace the gap.

I'm trying to auto-resize a Spark TextArea using Flex Hero but having no luck.
EDIT: To clarify, I want to auto-resize the TextArea when typing, so there's never a scroll bar.
is there a common way to disable a tab of a spark tabbar component in flex 4? with the mx tabnavigator component you can just disable the content corresponding to the tab and the tab is also disabled then. but doing this with the spark tab bar component disables just the content not the tab.[code]

View 2 RepliesNot sure if I am doing this the best way but I want to create a mobile app that has a home menu screen much like the facebook iphone application(with out all the fancy button moves etc). The FB app has a 3X3 set of buttons that allow you to access things like news feed or friends.In order to keep my layout consistent across different device screens I was trying to user the TileGroup with an image as a button for each tile.but while I can specify the tilegroup to use 100% width and height and set the number of rows and columns to 3. It does not appear to autosize the height of the rows and columns to fit the screen. and it won't let me specify the with/height as a percentage.

This only works for mx tabbar. Does anyone know how to do this for a spark tabbar? I prefer the lnf of the spark one. When I try it with a spark tab bar it just disables the viewstack of the tab and not the actual tab. An alternative solution may just be to make the mx tab bar look like a spark toolbar with the rounded edges.
I have an editable datagrid, whenever I make a change it automatically gets saved. How can I disable this? So the changes gets saved only when I click on an external save button.

I don't want to have a line at the top or bottom of the list, so I can't just include an upper or lower border in the itemRenderer. I was hoping the itemRenderer could be made aware of its index in the list, but I don't see how.
