I tried with flex and java in the backend. In this, I am able to upload files till 100 MB using remote object (blazeDs) where we will read the file as byte array and send it to the java method. If the file size exceeds after that, then I get the run time error in IE.

I am in the process of writing a custom script for our internal SharePoint system that will allow for multiple file uploads on list items. In order for this to happen, I was wanting to use a flash file input (to select multiple files at the same time) and then pass an array of file paths (local to the user) into my ASP page to do the actual uploading.Does anyone know of a SWF multiple upload plugin that allows this? The connection between the two components is being done through blazeds. This worked fine while I was running it locally, however when I uploaded both sides of the application to a tomcat server(online) the following error is being returned when a connection between the components should occur:URL...I have read around about this error and many seem to getting this error when making connections between different servers, unlike here, where the connection is occurring within the same server.

View 2 RepliesI'm using a List which I need to be empty at the start. I'm adding items to it as needed by clicking a button. Since it's empty, I haven't added a dataProvider property

To add an item, I'm adding it to the dataProvider directly
thelist.dataProvider.addItem()
but when I do that, it gives me this error
#1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
Also I have a debugging Alert in the listIR itemRenderer itself and I see that when the list is created, I get that alert twice as if 2 itemRenderers were created, even though the list is supposed to be empty at the start.
How do I start with an empty dataProvider and add items smoothly to it?
I stumbled upon the need to find out (inside Java code) which files are dynamically loaded by an SWF-file. Is there any possibility to get a list of paths of every object referenced inside? I tried out some libraries without proper documentation and gave up. Maybe there is an external tool which can be accessed by Java via command line?

I am currently making a program to upload certain files onto a web server and I have come accross a problem.In my code I've got:

Now I understand that this is returned because the upload function returned a false, but why is it returning this false. Is this because the URLRequest is wrong or the uplaod file is wrong or something else? I've tried looking all over the web for another case and it doesn't give me one.

my listener.onComplete = function(selectedFile:FileReference) is fired without any file in the upload dir. if the file is small and I wait a bit I can see the file (through FTP) coming up on the server, but most of the times the "onComplete" if fired without any file being saved.
