I've tried multiple times installing adobe flash cs5, and everytime I get the same problem. I'l post the log below. I noticed though, when I selected Spanish, as the language I want it installed in it worked and installed perfectly, but when I select English (NA) then it refuses to work.

View 2 RepliesI have installed the CS3 on a Dell workstation with Windows XP SP3 and when I try to exit when finished, Flash will not exit. It seems like it is trying but will not close. There is no error, the program just sits there. You have to right click on the program and click close to get it to close. Then the program wants to send a error.

The video is going to auto play when a user goes to the website. The video is placed directly over a form, so I need the user to be able to click the exit video and have the video disappear allowing users to use the text fields in the form. I am using player version 10,0,2,54.
I have also gone to sites where the fullscreen mode is demo'd and I cannot exit out of fullscreen mode with the escape key there as well.
Is this a known bug in player 10?
I'm creating a Flash Application that will be exported in exe format and it's not going to run in browser. I want to add an exit button inside stage but I don't know how to do that with ActionScript 3.
I remember that it was possible with fscommand in ActionScript 2 but it's not working in AS3.

View 4 RepliesI'm NOT on Snow Leopard. MacPro, Intel, 4 gigs RAM. I did have Fireworks CS4 on my Mac, but it's all uninstalled. When I try to install the entire CS3 suite, Flash will not install. When I try to install Flash all by itself, it keeps asking for the Fireworks install CD, over and over, even though FW has been uninstalled. Then, ultimately, Flash doesn't install.I tried to run the CS3 cleanup script, but the terminal won't take my password. I click on install>agreement>continue>run etc then a dialogue box says that it couldn't install as the disc is coorupt and contact Adobe for a new one? I get this message whenever I visit the Url above to install the flash player. I've used the utility to uninstall the application a dozen times with no luck. During the uninstallation process, I exited all applications and even restarted the computer before the attempting to reinstall.
