Jun 9, 2009The flash CS4 10.0.2 update fails to install no matter how many times I try or restart my machine.A flash media encoder update and a flash lite update also fail.

Oct 28, 2009Recently I installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 32 bit on my HP laptop, and installed all the CS4 applications of Design Premium. The installation went fine, and almost all the updates (Photoshop 11.0.1, InDesign 6.0.4, etc..) installed with no problems. The only one It doesn't allow me to install is the Flash 10.0.2 update. It gives an error that "the installer detected a problem and cannot continue" and then shows some options to ignore the update.

Jun 29, 2009i have an XMLconnector to load an xml file.. then it is binded in a dataset then i have components like textinputs where i binded all the fields i filtered in my dataset's schema.. the problem is there are some fields that was not being updated.. all i know is that when i modify anything in my one field the data in the dataset will also be updated.. but when i look at the xmlconnector.results somehow some nodes was not changed at all... below is my xml structure

Dec 2, 2011I'm running Flash CS4 on a MAC Pro. Flash has been driving been crashing a lot in the last week so I clicked the Adobe updates button from within Flash. Every time I try to run the Flash update it gives me this message."adobe cs1 cs4 1.0.1 failed to install".Any ideas? I have already rebooted, cleaned out my library cache files, check my disk permissions and verified my disk.

Nov 17, 2011I am deploying Updates via SCUP and SCCM to hundreds of Computers. Fortunately Adobe provides an SCCM Update Catalog for both Adobe Flash ActiveX and Adobe Flash Plugin. But now my Problem: After publishing the Update via SCCM, the client is not supposed to be interfered with the Update Progress (which is working) I figured the Updater works like this: First SCCM checks if a Update needs to be deployed, if this is the case, The Flash Updater begins. First the old Flash Version is beeing uninstalled. But now: if the Client has a Browser Window (IE, or Firefox) open, the Updater is not able to install the new Flash Version and quits with an Error. This leaves the Client PC without any Flash (because its being uninstalled before) How can I prevent Flash being uninstalled due to the Update progress not working while a Browser window is open?

Sep 8, 2009I'm NOT on Snow Leopard. MacPro, Intel, 4 gigs RAM. I did have Fireworks CS4 on my Mac, but it's all uninstalled. When I try to install the entire CS3 suite, Flash will not install. When I try to install Flash all by itself, it keeps asking for the Fireworks install CD, over and over, even though FW has been uninstalled. Then, ultimately, Flash doesn't install.I tried to run the CS3 cleanup script, but the terminal won't take my password. I ran the CS4 cleanup script after I uninstalled FW, but it said there was nothing to clean up.

I get this message whenever I visit the Url above to install the flash player. I've used the utility to uninstall the application a dozen times with no luck. During the uninstallation process, I exited all applications and even restarted the computer before the attempting to reinstall.
There's a version out there that it is checking against either in registry or somewhere, where is it so I can remove it?
