Shoutcast Radio Player - How To Autoplay With Page Load

I've found only one flash player, that plays my Shoutcast stream directly to my site. I've designed it the way I like, put my shoutcast url in it and everything I wanted. The only one problem I couldn't decide is that I can't "tell" the player not to autostart with page load. I tried with "autoplay="false" when I embed the player in site, but nothing happens. I suppose that I need to put something in my actioscript.

Yet I've only gotten the player to autoplay in IE, but not other browsers.

I am trying to build a flash player for my company's Shoutcast server, and have seen a few articles about it on the 'net, including this SO question here. However, I can't seem to get the audio stream to actually play. It seems to be connecting alright, but calling stream.play() doesn't seem to do anything.

Im working on a website for school, and im doing it through flash. The server ive been given is being taken up by thousands of pages, so its slow. Instead of loading each page through HTML, ive decided i could do a seperate frame for each page. However, to reach the menu at the bottom, you have to scroll down. Is there any way to make it so that when you click a button to load a different page for the flash player to scroll up all the way to the top of the page itself?

how to turn the autoplay off. I searched around the forums for about 15 minutes, but any mention of autoplay didn't seem to answer the question. For example I found someone who had a subject relating to autoplay and they started the bit by saying "So I turned autoplay off" but never explained how.

I have an AS3.0 XML flv player that uses a flv component skin/controls. Everything works great, but now the client wants it so that when ever the movie stops to buffer, it automatically starts playing again. Right now, I guess if it has to stop and buffer, you have to hit play to start it again.

I have this script (below) and I'm using the next/prev button script to navigate back and forth. When I navigate back to the first page which has the actionscript code to load the music, it begins to load the song again and they overlap. How do I stop loading when song is already on?

I have a video player that pulls an XML file of FLVs to play. It loads the first one in the list as progressive. For some reason ever since I placed it on the html page, the page loads very slow in IE. It almost seems like it waits for the first FLV to load before showing the rest of the page. Is there a way I can let the html page load everything and then load the code for the swf video player?
OR
Most sites I see that have video don't load the video until you push play. I am assuming this is because it is streaming and not progressive. Is there a way to have progressive downloads NOT download until someone hits the play button? Maybe that would solve my whole problem.

I have a problem with this code. Now codes are working correct. I am taking nodes from xml file. I need to make mp3 player autoplay after SetSong("songname") command. I tried add play_btn.onReleased() commad after stop_btn.onReleased command in snd.loadSound function or the last line of SetSong function. But nothings happened. It autoplays when I remove the stop_btn.onRelease() line in snd.loadSound function. But this time progressbar_mc doesn't work correctly. The _sound needs stop and updatetime but play command never works after stop command. But it plays when I pushed the play button. I didn't understand.

I am having a problem getting radio button data into php and I can not seem to find any answers. My project is simple I have a group of radio buttons, when one is selected and a submit button is pressed I want the data from the radio button to populate the subject line of an email and send it.I can make a form work with input fields but not with radio button data.

I've got a huge survey I've made with lots and lots of groups of radio buttons. There are maybe 60 questions with 6 buttons each. Of these, I have a couple of groups that are really misbehaving. What's happening is for one question, the first button in the group seems independent of the rest. That is, I can check the first radio button and it never turns off when clicking others in the same group.
All my code is right. I'm using the exact same code with all the other groups and only two groups aren't working right. Ha. That's the funny thing, though, because everything works fine IN Flash, but publishing to a web page, these two groups stop working right.FWIW, I've set the first instance of the radio button with a name like "G10" then all the buttons in the group have the group name "Q10".I've tried several ways of fixing this including deleting the whole group and adding them again, copying a working group and renaming the parts. Nothing. The one thing that has worked (and don't ask me why) but adding a new single radio button with a new instance and group name has fixed other problem groups but not these two.

My basic aim is to create a newspaper that consists of four pages. Each page i have created and are sitting in the library as sprites. Each page has buttons that need linking so that when pressed it loads the next page or page that i want. I have a an unobtrusive flash video looping in the background of a website, it is not essential to navigation - it is purely cosmetic.The flash video loops every 30 seconds.As this video is on all pages, it jumps back to the start when a new page is loaded.Is there an actionscript / javascript way to get it to remember the position it got to on the old page so it can start there on the new page?I do know that this can be accomplished by loading the flash movie in a frame as well as by having the subsequent pages load the contents in AJAX but I was hoping not to go down this route.I have seen other people ask the question and allude to the solution but they only posted that they got it to work without saying how.

Is there any way to integrate an flash mp3 player into a html site where an reload wouldn't stop music playing or make it start from beginning. I wouldn't want to use ajax for the rest of the site cause it's not SEO friendly, and also pop-ups are not a good solution cause every browser nowdays blocks them.

I have been following lee's tutorial on the XML driven mp3 player for a site. However, I have now gone to embed the finished file on an html page, all files for the player work individually, so if I run the SWF by itself it works fine! However, when previewing on the html page the music doesn't play and the titles don't appear. The files are all stored in a 'player' folder in the root folder, however the SWF is stored there too, so I cant imagine that's the problem, I have even tried moving all the files from the player folder directly into the root folder where the index html file is and it still doesn't work.
