The data are retrived from FLah and send on email OK, ... but is not sending back print command.
Note: EmailStatus is an Input field as default jus tfor info. is working on filling form (eg: Please enter a valid E-mail address). but not getting the print from php Working on Flash8 but fla is MX one.
I know trace() function can print information,but it must run under flex builder environment or other GUI tools environment.I want to know if there is a statement can replace of trace(),because sometimes I need print information for debug and I don't want to use flex builder too,and I only use mxmlc command to compile as file into swf file. When I click swf file,I want to get trace information. I search the google,it say C:Documents and SettingsAdministratormm.cfg can log trace information,I make following content in this file:ErrorReportingEnable=1TraceOutputFileEnable=1When I use flashplayer_10_sa_debug.exe to run this swf file,then I lookup C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorApplication DataMacromediaFlash PlayerLogsflashlog.txt,but I can't find any information in this file! Why? Where is wrong? My OS is XP.
how do i print a dynamic text. i.e I have a main.swf movie that loads external.swf within external.swf there is a text box with a scroll bar and i need to add a print command that prints only that text field the code that i added to a buttons looks something like this
So I have this movie clip with some buttons in it. Two of the buttons (forward and backward) move the movie clip forwards or backwards one frame at a time - this works fine. However the other two buttons (fast forward and rewind) are suppose to move the movie clip forwards or backwards 25 frames at a time (so they always go to 25, 50, 75, 100, etc.) - but here's the problem.
Say for example I'm at frame 150. I press the fast forward button and I'm at frame 175. Now I hit backward and I'm at 174. Now I hit fast forward again to get back to 175 - however my movie clip is jumping ahead to 200, skipping 175 completely - not what I want. I'm just using the gotoAndStop(frame#); commands and have no clue why this is happening. I want the fast forward and rewind buttons to always hit the next 25 increment, not skip the closest one.
I have a flash document with only 1 scene, but several frames. On the first frame i have several buttons, their behavior is "button". I wrote a simple onRollover command on each one. Like this
on(rollOver){ gotoAndStop(2) }
It works fine when I test the movie, however, when I publish it, nothing happens when I rollover the button. I suppose there is a simple answer to this, but i just can't find it
I have the following which works fine just out side of the loop statement:
loadMovie("icons/test.jpg", "pIcon0.Icon");
But inside the loop statement no image shows up.
I need it in the loop statement because eventually the code will call the jpgs out of an array based on the loop variable. And put them in a movieclip number by the variable also.
I made a movie clip, with a button inside. When you roll over the button it takes you to frame 2, and on roll out back to frame 1. On press you go to frame 3. Similar to a button. It also attaches a white fading shape over the button on roll over. This button/movie clip works fine.
But when I try to add: (playbutton_mc_inst = the movie clip button) Code: playbutton_mc_inst.onRelease = function() { gotoAndStop("level01"); } The roll over, roll out and press commands don't work when I add that.
I have two movieclips on the stage mc1 and mc2,the navigation for mc2 and mc1 is in mc1 as as3 and MovieClips suddenly now that I've added some tabs into mc2 (new layer, no instance names yet) the navigation code in mc1 has stopped working,if I change the initial stop command to a later frame in mc1 I can navigate back to the first frame and then to one other place in the menu but after moving away from the first frame I can't seem to get any of the buttons to work, its only if the stop command is on a later page that those buttons will workon the main timeline i'm using;
I am trying to create a print button on the last frame that will allow the user to print just that frame. I've tried using the printjob object, but all that I can get to happen is print a blank sheet of paper. Here is the code that I have so far:

i want to simply print 2 movieClips when i press a Print button. so i have the "_root.container_mc" and "_root.logo_mc"... paste the simplest code for printing a "landscape" page with these 2?
I am trying to make a print button that will print the contents of a mc...this mc basically holds a dynamically drawn floorplan which can be zoomed and panned...I want to be able to print the contents of the mc, and only what is viewable in the mc at the time of the print...so if you are zoomed in, all that prints are the actual objects visibly seen in the mc...I think it may be with the print command using bmovie but I have no idea how to assign a #b lable to the frame.

I am not able to print more than 5 pages in one go. I want to print almost 12 pages in one print job. I am creating the movieclips of each page by adding the dynamic data in to it and store in an array. When all the movieclips created and stored in an array(pagesAry) then it call the following function to print those pages:

Well i have an adobe air which runs vlc-player at background as service. i check that in Windows Task Manager , the service runs when air application launches. here is the code

I want to call 3 commands one by one , the relation between each commands are command should execute one by one in the previous command result. How to Queue Command's? how do I go about printing entire, scrollable text area in flash movie, I know how to print entire page but when text file is scrollable it doesn't print whole text.
I'm new to Adobe Flash and especially new to Actionscript. Could somebody give an example and explain how to make and "Ignore *this* command if..." style command. Here's what I want to achieve:I have made a button (I may have done it in an odd way but it works) that moves when the mouse hovers over it and then moves back when the mouse moves away. I plan to put the finished product into Dreamweaver and have tried what I've done so far and it works. The problem is that if I move the mouse away before the first animation of the button has finished. It doesn't reach the *Mouse Out* command and then just sticks/stops in the bit where I have put a *stop* command.Basically, what I want is a way to ignore a command if something happens earlier on (such as the cursor being moved away).I've tried to explain the best I can without actually screenshotting it and copying commands.

I'm doing a project on personality test. So different input user will have different result page. At the end of the program , i would like to have a print button to print the result of that particular person, however there are around 4 result page where 1 page will have a few instance in it.
I am wondering if anyone know if I can make a print button and have it print just the frame I am on and NOT pop up the print dialog box? I just want to click the button and have it print my current frame.
