I was wondering if anyone know if there is a Free flash template like the one Microsoft uses on their front page. I am new to Flash and have been trying for a good few hours to get this done.

If you make multiple flash files from the same template and then edit that template, will all those files have those same changes? If not, is there a way to make the same change on multiple files at once? Basically the same idea as linking HTML files to a single CSS file...

Go into project explorer and can't see much AS so how the hwll are they getting the images and text into the flash swf. By the html??? I don't think so.
I have a template that I want to modify. I want to add two subpages to a products page, and I don't know how to do it. The site is: [URL]. I tried with simple goto but it generates errors. I think of loading a swf when you click on the sub-buttons but that doesnt work too.

And a small object window(let's say window 2) which will contain objects each will represent a particular pattern of graph(Like i have one pattern where i can draw a pie chart or a simple graph etc etc). But each time you click the menu and load another page it cycles through the animation again to form the flash document. I would like this to only be on the first default.aspx page and it to be already loaded on the others. I figured it might be passing some sort of parameter in the page to the flash telling it to skip the animated part and just jump to the last frame when not the first default page but how?

View 2 RepliesI'm looking to create a popup which opens a "template" html page with an image placeholder. This way you should be able to send a variable from the swf and open up the same html page each time but the image would change as you change the variable from the flash button.
Basically I have flash page containing various thumbnails and when clicked, each one will open a larger version, but I dont want to make a html page for each one so rather 'send' the filename to the html page if this is possible?

I have a master page and a child page and have placed the javascript code inside the child page for flash movie.
The problem is the movie seems working when there is a alert on, without at least one alert msg, the code does not work, I am sure you people can solve, I can see that the following code works well in both Mozilla and IE, but only if the alert is ON, if I put it off, then the code does not work. Can anybody tell me what is the workaround :

i'm trying to build a flash site and ran into a problem... i have a gallery page with a bunch of page numbers at the top. when you click on one, a movieclip loads of some images coming in.so the problem i'm having is that i made a little animation for when you roll the mouse over the page number (they scale up when the mouse is over, scale back when the cursor moves away)... what it's doing is when you roll over, it goes to a certain frame in the timeline and plays that animation.that's all working cool, but i need it to not do that once it's clicked on. so basically when you actually click on a page number, the over script should stop until you go to another page... here's the code i've written,

I have this template that i am modifying [URL] Photo gallery i am trying to use[URL] when you click on any of the images the site reframes and then you see a xml text box i want to replace that xml text box with an xml photogallery but i am not really familiar with the language and its been a long time since i did any web work.

1) I just bought this flash template (URL...) and I need to edit it. Rewriting the text is easy, I just rewrite it in XML files, but I cant figure out how to change the font, font color and font size. Could somebody tell me how to do it?
2) I also bought this template (URL...) and I cant figure out how to edit name in the header and text in the top menu. I really cant find it anywhere (I dont see it in Adobe Flash and I dont see any jpeg or PSD file in the flash directory...)
