the cart items are outputted into a dynamic text field. The problem is that next to each item i need to add a delete button that deletes the specific row that it is placed upon.i know i could use splice to remove the item from the array, but the problem is getting to this stage first.

I have a drag & drop activity where 3 of the drags can go into 1 of 3 possible dropzones and be counted as correct. On clicking 'Submit', if only some are placed correctly, there's a 'Show me' option - this is the bit I can't do:if some of those with more than 1 possible answer are correct, I don't know how to check which dropzones are free to place the remainder in. i've deleted an audio file from my flash file and imported a better converted version of the same song to it, but now when i compile a swf of the file i get a msg in the output window saying "multiple copies of sound item in swf". i deleted the original file b4 importing the other 1, but it looks like that doesnt matter. what do i do short of starting COMPLETELY over?

to this:

Or if that isn't possible, I could just turn each element into a string, modify it and re-Array it. The issue is using split(charAt(0)) isn't correct syntax. I just don't know what function to call and every search turns up only replacing specific characters, not character at a position.
I am working on a project where there are 10 questions and user can answer the question or skip the questions. I want to track the number of questions (which questions) the users have skipped. I am adding the skipped questions in an Array. I want the selectedIndex to remain the same. So, if I delete item 2, the next in the list should be selected. The problem is that if I delete item 2, item 3 will be selected and I have no idea why.

I need help with one thing: I'm using this cart on a sunglasses shopping site and I need to configure the optional sunglasses to be clickable so they can be added to the cart. I know I need to modify both the flash .fla and the xml file so I've included the code for both below. Here's a link to the website I'm trying to re-configure. The section I need to edit has the optional sunglasses on the right-hand side of the main photo.Here's the first xml file that does some of the basic settings. I'm creating a mobile app in which I need to show a calendar with months at the top. The months are part of a component that extends from SkinnableDataContainer (and has some custom scrolling/behaviour - which is why I did'nt use a spark list). I need the months to be shown as a 'trapezium' shaped tab and so I'm using a png image as a mask in the item renderer for the component.
When the mask is not applied, it all works well - the months render, the list/data container selection works when I click on a month and so on.When the mask is applied, it renders well, scrolling and everything else seems to work well - but when I click on a month, nothing happens visually. And from the trace statements in my code, it appears list item selection is not changing. Looks like mouse clicks are not working.

I am trying to load this little image viewer via xml into my as3 shopping cart. [URL] I have resized it larger but that shouldn't matter. I have another swf that I created quickly and load it the same way via xml and it opens perfectly in the center of the cart movie, the other one is way left and high for some reason.
