However, it keeps displaying 'No' in the email message field, whether the checkbox is selected or not. It should display 'Yes' if the checkbox is selected, and 'No' if the checkbox is unselected.Here is the PHP:

May 4, 2009I am using datagrid and added 3 columns to it in flex project. Data is provided to each column by using itemrenderer. Itemrenderer is checkbox for each column. Apr 22, 2010I am building a series of videos(MOV) that going to be played using Flash. So I have a TreeView component that gets populated from a well defined XML document that has all the video names as nodes. My use of this setup is to have the user select a link and the appropriate video comes up to play. I have a loader component also set up, but I want to link the TreeView's output (or user selection on TreeView) to the Loader, so that the corresponding video plays.
Can i call the video directly ? (Assuming its going to be a FLV4 file?). If I create the entire video in flash (create the product demo in flash) can i call the resulting swf ? Here's an update:

Feb 19, 2010How would I go about making the LeafIcon of a node in my TreeView go to a different frame? I use setStyle to change the leaf icon to the other MC, but for some items I want the MC going to frame 1 and for others frame 2, all the way to frame 8 depending on the "element" category in their XML data.

Flex :: Checkbox On SQL Query In DataGrid?
Oct 20, 2009[URL]I have a checkbox renderer i am placing into my Datagrid. The checkbox needs to do a sql query on the sqllite database and see if the show is marked as watched, if it is then make the checkbox as checked and if not mark the checkbox and not checked.
What i would like to do further to this is add the watched items to one XMLList and add the not watched episodes to a different XMLList and have the checkbox on click= move from one to the other list as per watched or not.

Apr 15, 2012Context: I have a data grid where the following has been implemented. tabbing through each column in a single row and creating a new row when tabbing from the last column. The last column in my datagrid is now a checkbox. I set the 'editable' to false as shown below (since we don't want editable text to be shown when user clicks on/tabs to checkbox.
Problem: When I tab through the columns of a given row, I cannot tab to the checkbox column and therefore cannot use the space bar to toggle between checked/unchecked. The user is forced to use the mouse to toggle the check box. Question: How do I let user tab to the checkbox column, and press spacebar to toggle between checked and unchecked?

The problem I am having is, I think, that it's not recognizing the attribute in the html as boolean "hidden="false" or hidden="true". I can get the value, but how to I make it recognize the value as something other than a string?

Flex :: Checkbox Images In List
Jun 1, 2010It seems like it should be a simple concept. I need a vertical list. This list has an image with a checkbox and pathname of that image underneath it. The user should be able to check the checkboxes of the images they want to appear in their "shopping cart". The images, checkbox label, and list are populated by an XmlList. How can I do this in Flex 3.5 and Actionscript and have a button that when clicked, display a list of the checked items??
