ActionScript 2.0 :: Saving A Numeric Array To A SharedObject?

I'm saving several arrays into a SharedObject and I'm able to read them back fine from the SharedObject when the movie loads. However, one of these arrays contains numbers instead of strings, and the contents of this numeric array show up as 'undefined' when read back from the SharedObject.
got my code working, and all information i enter in to my sharedObjects is working correctly as it should but isn't saving so when I close and then re-open the flash file the data isn't there? Admittedly I'm new to sharedObjects I'm using the [.data.] when entering info and then [.flush()] at the end of the function - is there anything I've missed?
I'm working with AS3 with timeline code. I would like to save date and time a user took a quiz. This information will help check when a user took a quiz. I can see the date and time as I want, but it isn't saved. SharedObject is not saving date and time. Here is my code. How can I do this?

I am creating a game which uses the sharedObject to save each players progress locally. It also connects to a central database to create an online scoreboard. When a user inserts a score for the first time a unique ID is sent out of the database to the swf and saved as part of the sharedObject data.Absolutely everything works and the ID is saved to the sharedObject, however when the swf is restarted the ID does not load (even though the other variables saved in the sharedObject do load).I think it may be to do with the way it is formatted, perhaps to do with the XML but I'm not sure.

NOTE: I want to save the actual bytecode for the AS3 class, NOT an instance of it! A class is being loaded in externally and extracted via a URLLoader and then Loader.loadBytes. A single Class is then extracted out of that Application Domain and used in the project. Now, rather than saving the entire Loader (either via SharedObject or other means of storage) is it possible to "extract out" the bytecode of the needed class and all dependencies, which can then be "injected" back into an empty shell or something to be reused when needed?
I am using a movieclip "table" that is attached on the enter frame event at the main scene. I am trying to save variable "money" and I use this code inside the movieclip, when I test the movie it shows me money1 as undefined and I cant find why! I have used _root. and doesn't work.

No matter how i sort the dataTag array it never puts the information into the respective order. The 10XXX figures always come ahead of the preceeding numerals. Anyone come across this before who can point me in the right direction?
I am loading data from an xml file into several different arrays. Once its all information is in the arrays I then sort one of the arrays (called percentage) numerically from highest to lowest. What I can't figure out is how to reflect the changes in position in the other arrays to what has happened in the percentage array.
i have an array that i basically load from a csv file. i have a function below that test every number for the value if is a number.[code]the problem im having is that when it reads the array is reading ",15" instead off "15" how do i remove a character from an array ? i dont want to remove the whole element just a character.

I've been searching for ever for a solution to sort a numeric array that I create from an xml file. All I can sort is the first digit of each number. So I get this for example: 4,4,4,3,23,2,2,10,1,1,1,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,023 should be first! How to I fix that?Here is my code:
I am building a remote control, and when i enter txt, right now i can "change the channel" only for a single value 1-9. the way it functions is you hit the number, then an enter button, and the channel changes. The problem is I want to able to enter 2 digits, and the way i have it coded now, it adds the the numbers together instead of reading 1 as 2 , 2 as 4 and so on, here is the code, I'm thinking i should use an array, or a string to get the proper value, but when i use the "+" sign it still adds the number together, how would i express, so it sees 11 as eleven etc?

How would you go about initializing a Vector. with say the values 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Logic would say you could do newVector = new Vector. ( [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] );
You could also try something like this...
var tmp = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]; newVector = new Vector.(); newVector = newVector.concat(tmp);
But then you get a type error converting Array to Vector.
I'm stumped, am I missing something stupid or does the vector class really not play well with numeric types? You can try making them decimal numbers just to be sure they get cast as number and not int.
While a for loop runs through all the elements in an array I want to get the width of each element and add it to the sum of the width of all previous elements.
After spending a whole week on this,which most likely will turn out to be very simple, I have an xml file (with over 1300 cNodes) that is set up like this:
What I am trying to do is to create an array (arr =[]) that hold only the cNodes chosen in the "saveText" .. in other words the cNodes assigned the value var = 1 in the SO file.
Is this easier done as a temporary array or as second SO file.

I have sharedobjects with names as above, i.e. there is a sharedobject name Jack, Another named Russell, etc. What I am trying to accomplish is to retrieve the student's name in SharedObject (studentlist) and use it to retrieve information in each individual's SharedObject.
This code seem to work fine; getting the array "arr" based on the SharedObject variables and picks only the ones with the value = 1. But when it gets to the function randArray(), all elements become "unidentified":

How do i save an array of objects, like this: [{n:1,bb:4},{n:2,bb:4,r:1},{n:6,bb:7},...] to a database? I was thinking i would have to convert it to string, but if i do that, when i retrieve it from the database, how am i going to use it?
EDIT: forgot to mention that the objects can contain an array of objects as well, but there won't be any more arrays beyond that point.
I am creating an option in my application to create a PDF report based on the results from the application.The results are represented as an ArrayCollection of XMLList objects, which I am using to populate a BarChart.To create a screenshot of each result (as a PNG), I am loading the Results Window (a Title Window) and hiding it (visible = false). I am using AlivePDF to add the capture to a PDF report.
I have been using a Timer to iterate through the results, load each result to the chart, create a delay, and then capture the image and add it to the report.
UPDATE.Currently, I am able to iterate through the results (using the Timer), but the chart does not refresh properly before capturing the screenshot and saving as PNG.Essentially,I am trying to see if there is any other possible solutions for iterating through the results and creating a delay so that I may be able to load a result to the chart, capture the screenshot, and add it to a PDF.Is there any other way to do this in Flex?Initially, I was thinking of iterating through the results array using a for loop,but this was not working due to the fact that the results were not loading in time before capturing the screenshot of the chart.
