View 6 Repliessay I have a clip with an onEnterFrame running on it with a hit test to check if the user has rolled off the clip . . . Then i create an empty clip within that clip and attach clips to it. Will my .onEnterFrame and hitTest now apply to the clips i have attached to the original clip?

I am trying to apply a fisheye effect to a movie clip that has a tween along its "x" axis. Currently, everything is working.. ALMOST.
The fisheye effect is applied to the movieclip and the tween is applied to an object inside that movie clip, both the fisheye and tween work here. The problem is that when the object being tweened passes too far outside the "displacer" that is making the fisheye effect, it is dragging the displacer with it and causing an unwanted look[code]...

I am working on an Image manipulation application which will be developed using Flash/ C#.Net. Is this possible to save the image manipulations (not the image) saved from Adobe Lightroom for a specific image & then merge these change sets with an image to make a new image using C#.Net?
Also, the application for image manipulation will be developed in the Flash/ Action Script. Please share some links as to how we can save the image manipulations for an image (not the image) so that it can be merged with an image later on.

So being as this slideshow scales a image to the browsers window size, the image gets pixelated.Problem is, being as i did not make this slideshow myself, i dont know how to apply smoothing. And the AS code is very long, so i cant really paste it all on here.So i want to know if there is a way to force image smoothing on any image that is loaded in to the slideshow .swf? or any other way i can do it?This is with CS4 and publish settings are Flash 8 AS2.

The trace works fine and shows a random blend mode, but the blend mode isn't actually applied visibly. I apply the blend mode in the same way to an image loaded from the library, and it works perfectly. I don't know why this isn't working... Is there any way to have the blend mode actually apply?
I figured out a way around this problem. I just added a movie clip inside of "two" and loaded the image into that, still applying the blend mode to two.
