exporting a bytearray to a wav or mp3 (or anything that runs!) from my flash code to my php page. I am using microphone recorder to record voice, i use a a url request to send my ByteArray to my PHP page.i send the bye array from flash like this:
var url = "http://localhost/wordswesay/uploads/testrec.php"; var header:URLRequestHeader = new URLRequestHeader ("Content-type", "application/octet-stream"); var request:URLRequest = new URLRequest(url);
[code]....
at the server side (the sime file as the php script) i get the test.wav with about 200kb of size but i can not play it! media players says it can't play this file as the codec might not be supported.
My server is streaming binary audio data (mostly mp3 files) to a client (a browser). This client stores the audio data in memory.
What I'm looking for is a flash audio player that I can input the binary audio data so that it can play the audio file.
Preferably, the flash client is merely a bridge to Javascript so that I can handle everything in Javascript and simply use Flash's audio features, but this is not a requirement.
I'm looking for a (free) flash player that I can embed in my site and use to play a .m4a (.mp4 with AAC audio) file that will be obtained using a URL (i.e. it's not local to the server hosting the web page).I've tried searching on google for one, but either I'm searching wrong or no one has made such a thing. Ideally this would be very simple (small user interface with play button and maybe a progress bar) and it would be easy to have multiple instances of on an html page (can create the player with an <object> tag).
I'm writing a flex app, which must record an audio and then playback. It records just fine, I can hear the flv on the server, but when it comes to the playback it cuts the end a little bit, and each time I ask to reproduce again it cuts a little bit more. I guess it's something related to buffer management, but I don't know exactly.
Here's the code I'm using to playback. It is called from a mediator: var streamPlayClient:Object = new Object(); this.stream.client = streamPlayClient; streamPlayClient.onPlayStatus = function(infoObject:Object):void { if (infoObject.code == "NetStream.Buffer.Flush") { stopPlayback(); }} this.stream.play("flv:" + this.streamName);
In my tracking I records the voice, it generates the file (if i download I was able to listen to it), but if I try to play, it doesn´t play. If I use FP9 r124 it works, using FP10r53 or the latest 10.1.82.76 it fails !!! all with the same SWFhas anyone experienced the same? I can not ask everyone to downgrade the flash player.
I'm new to Flash media server family. I need a server that can capture user recorded video/audio (through a flash recorder) and save it as a flv file on the server. which one of those server family is for me? I'm currently doing it using Red5, but would like to try out Flash media server as well.
I develop these site in PHP BB BMW Dubai and Porsche Dubai but failed to rotate images in top banner. After lot of dissapointment, i recently converted that baner with 6 small pictures than 2 big pictures (previously). Now im thinking of changing or rotating those 6 pictures in flash. So my question is which flash player is the bestest to export to, i mean level fl5,6,7,8. I dont wanna export at most recent as it might bug users to upgrade their old flash player, when they browse my content.
know if there are known issues anyone knows about PHPbb stuff with flash files. I will be experimenting this for first time. As in Dubai at least i have not seen any one site using flash in PHP BB, as people dont detailing attention to community board.
Anyone know of a skinnable audio player (or something similar to Windows Vista audio control in task bar) that i can embed in my website?
A player that can be customized to use a 'speaker' icon instead of a 'play' icon. When the speaker is clicked, the volume can be adjusted or turned off. The option of being able to autoplay and set the default volume level.
I have an audio player that has a custom timeline and playhead. I am using a start and stop drag to move in the time line but the only way i can make it work is to have it play when ever I release the play head. I would like it to stay stopped if the player is paused and play if the player was playing.
I am new in action script 3.0. i am trying to build an audio player which will stream audio(mp3 etc.) from wowza media server. the player needs to have a play button, stop/pause button, a play progressbar and a volume scroll bar. i am using NetStream object to paly the audio
As titled, what is the way to record video/audio files using Flash Meida Server through rmtp, and allow users to access the recorded files through http?What I am trying to do, is to record a user's microphone's input and save it to the server.fterwards, I would like other users to be able to access the recorded files and mainuplating the audio data, by computeSpectrum(), to do some visualization of the audio. As I know computeSpectrum() cannot work on streaming files, so I think I need to access the recorded files using http instead of rmtp. Is that true?
I searched the forum and only find AS3 solutions. Does anyone know a way to export audio for actionscript after frame 1? I unchecked the "Export on Frame 1", and what that did was to skip exporting my audio all together. "Export for Actionscript" is still checked, but I don't know how to tell it when, I guess, is the problem.
I saw one thread that said to put the audio on the timeline, so I tried it, and although the volume slider still to worked with that metthod, but the mute button, which uses the Sound.start() and Sound.stop() commands, stopped working.
when you are recording or mixing a band in multi track, you have the bass drum in its own track, the snare drum in its own track, the lead vocal in its own track... etc.So my idea is this. I want to make a Flash player that can reproduce 5.1 mp3 files through a regular stereo set and let the user be able to mute specific tracks on the go.
Why this? Becouse I won't use them as a regular 5.1 audio, which its function is to hear audio in surround sound. In this case, I will use each track to put a different instrument, so in one you have the drums, in other the bass, in other the guitar, in other vocals and in other keyboards.
He can for example mute the drums, or hear only the voice... etc.It would be even better if the flash interface can look as a mixer and that each track has its own mute and solo button, and a fader to controll the volume of that particular track.
I'm having an issue with exporting my fla file to flv within Flash CS3. The picture quality is perfect, but for some reason, it keeps disabling my audio. Is there a setting for audio that is optimal? I've tried almost every setting there is, even the highest setting (44kHz 16 Bit Stereo), but to no avail.
So far my code stops the sound but once it has stopped the sound no longer works. I don't see any errors reported. It is as if the event listener no longer listens... stop(); var soundClip:Sound = new Sound(); var sndChannel:SoundChannel = new SoundChannel(); var soundClipCompleted = false; var isPlaying = false; soundClip.load(new URLRequest("tune.mp3")); [Code] .....
What im trying to do: well basically I want to create an audio player in flash. I would like for it to have buttons for next and previous track, pause, stop, play, and display song info.Basically the one here at the bottom of the page:[URL]So what I got down at this point:
-Creating stop and play buttons that load/unload external swf files that contain the song.-Show track info.-Creating next/previous track buttons so I can rotate between more than one song.-Pause button.
I am using Flash CS3 on a PC. I am trying to export an animation to quicktime (Export > Export movie) and have some problem regarding the sound. The animation contains actionscript 2.0loads external swf contains streaming soundsplay other sounds via actionscript. 4 scenes. When publishing the animation, it works fine, but when exporting it to .mov, the audio goes faster than the video.
Export setting: Video:Compression type: H.264Frame Rate: CurrentKeyFrames: 4 Sound:Compressor: 24-bit integerRate: 48.000KhzSize: 16BitUse: Stereo To be honest, I tried many other compression types and frame rates and keyframes, but nothing seem to work.
I tried: - importing the external swfs into the original animation - creating a streaming silence from frame 1 for continuous sound - capturing the animation using CamStudio, but it's not smooth enough
I'm having trouble figuring out how to get my audio to load without exporting it in the 1st frame. In other projects where I use components, in the linkages panel, I deselect 'export in first frame', and put an instance of the component in an assets frame. That way the preloader opens right away and the components loadup in the second frame (which just gets jumped over when the movie plays). I'm trying to do this with my linked audio but it won't work. When I deselect export in first frame, I just get no audio. In the assets frame I have the actionscript
I'm trying to brainstorm ideas on a site I'm managing. [URL]. (Once the page loads, click on "The Fixx" menu option). On this page, I have a list of radio shows that this DJ has produced. It's a compilation of songs that he posts up twice a week roughly. Currently the way it's setup... is you can click the button and it opens a pop up window with a player that plays the corresponding file. However... I want to be able to have a window open up that has a playlist of the songs contained in that mixshow in the bottom (Not something they will be able to click on to go to a particular song, just something that tells them what is on this show) and the player at the top. I also would like the capability of dragging through the song so they don't have to listen to the whole thing. Currently it's abit cumbersome, and I know it'll drive more viewers if I add playlist functionality.
I deployed a website a couple of days ago which is written entirely in Flash. On one of the pages there is a video which plays in the Flash Player. I have noticed that when I leave the video playing and select a button to take me to another page, the other page comes up but the audio keeps playing from the prior page. Worse yet, if I go back to the page with the Flash Player, it now relaods again and there are two audio tracks. Can someone tell me how this code is solved? There must be some Actionscript 3.0, which I'm using, which kills the player whenever you enter a different page?
How do you stop audio playing in a SWF file in a web page when the user navigates to another section?
In fact how can you manipulate audio in general. eg You have three player instances on screen and you want to allow the user to mute or enable the audio on each one without a set of on screen controls- and to control which one is ON as you enter the frame / scene
I am looking for a flash solution to insert easily into a dreamweaver html page. I need a small audio player with a start and stop button. It should have a white background (no text). To work like the example in [url]......I would like to have a flash plug in that allows me to insert into another webpage and use an FLV file or other audio format.Dreamweaver's player does not look good inserted into any webpage.
