IDE :: Full Movie Not Loading - Only Index SWF Load Online

Setup: I have an html page with an embedded flash object. The object is an "index.swf" with an empty movie clip on it. External swf's load onto the index swf via the empty movie clip when buttons are pushed.
Problem: On my test server in dreamweaver, the swf's load fine. When I put them on my server and test it online only the index swf loads. not the initial swf or any of the other swf's.

I'm in the process of building a Flash Electronic Press Kit. Anyways, I converted a Video I had of him from WMV to FLV and then imported into Flash CS3. It played fine when I uploaded it to the server on the computer I had it on. But anyone else who looks at it has told me that they're stuck at the waiting screen for ages and It doesn't load at all. I need to load multiple images from ZIP archive and do some actions after all files from ZIP archive have been loaded. I use FZip library to manipulate with ZIP files. My problem is that sometimes the loading of all files are not going.In this code I starting loading process:

I see plenty of AS3 examples of loading 1 image file into a 1 frame movieclip, but how can you take a folder full of images, load them and treat each image as an individual frame of a single movieclip?

I have a button when I click on it it is suppose to load an external swf into a empty movie clip. But everytime I clicked it, it juz loops the whole flash animation of this very whole flash the button is currently in which it should actually load the external swf to the empty MC. I can't attack my file here since it is too big.

I am currently building myself an online photography portfolio. I want scalable full screen photos. The only problem here is, photos are different sizes and landscape/portrait. This is what I have so far. [URL]. If you resize the browser to a different ratio to the landscape image, you see black margins top and bottom. I want the image to always bleed.

I'm building a flash website which uses a google map for a contact section and another one generated via external class for a projects section (for each one of the projects available there will be generated a map and a marker).This website uses SWFAddress and each of the projects receive SWFAddress dynamicaly via xml, pulling in the name of the project.The problem is when I test the website localy, on Flash IDE both the maps are loaded fine, but once I try it online on a webserver just the map on contact section is being loaded.I've tried to use a different key for each other -the contact section map key based on an url.Does anyone know what the problem might be? Is it because I'm using 2 maps on the same website? Is it because the url generated by SWFAddress is too long (I tried to generate a key based on something like URL...

I recently began working on a large game. The main swf that all the levels load from also acts as a runtime library. When the MovieClipLoader loads the next level, if that level imports any mc's from the main swf then it won't load. It works fine straight from the HDD though.
I could really use a hand. I've used up most of my brain power figuring out the source of the problem (there's a lot of stuff to sift through).
I mis-spoke before. The MCL will load level.swf, I see the progress bar and OnLoadInit executes which should mean that the first frame of the level was initialized, but nothing appears.

I'm making a 3d fly-through gallery, which is XML controlled, and loads in thumbnails, and then after loads in the images when you click on the thumbnails.Everything works fine when on my local hard drive, but after testing it on a website, it doesn't work.It loads the XML fine, but it never loads the images, or the thumbnails. The .xml file is in the same directory as the .swf, but the images and thumbnails are each in their own folders ("images" and "thumbnails").The funny thing is that it only does this when I tested it using Mozilla Firefox. I tried with Internet Explorer, and voila, it works magically!
I'm using the Loader class, and URLLoaders to load in everything, including the XML file, so it's either a thing about the different directories, or the fact that it's images...

So as I stated in this other post my MP3 Player is not loading online, but works perfectly on my local computer. I was messing around with files today and I finally got flash to give me an error. Could this be why the MP3 player does not load online? Here's the error: TypeError: Error #2007: Parameter text must be non-null. at flash.text::TextField/set text() at Mp3Player_fla::MainTimeline/id3Handler()
By the way I have the MP3 on its own swf. Its being called by the main swf. If I place all the code into the main swf could it possibly work? That should'nt make a difference, but maybe because I'm loading large movies as the backgrounds and many other swf's at the same time, its messing it up?

I have created a preloader, and I want to tell the action script of the preloader once the file is done loading, put it away and load a new movie, or even a new flash file if i have to.here is the action script i have on the loader right now. Its just numbers counting from 1-100% and a .gif clip that plays but they are not connected in any way.

I'm working in Flash 5...I've made a random loading database of animations that's the first thing to load in my movie. My problem is that after the random images fade in, display, and then fade out I need the next movie clip to load. Right now I can't figure out how to get the second movie clip to load Following the random loading movie clips...all the other animations want to play at the same time the random movie clip plays.I used a modified version of the Kirupa random loading background...it's on the timeline as "Location" with the action scripting for the random load on that layer. I simply load a playermenu from the library and then attach the whole player_menu to the stage. When doing it with addChild it works, however when I specify a index it reports that error. (I need to use it because i want to control the indexing of movieclips). I am just not able to add a child with addChildAt, whats the error here?

I just create a rss reader of itunes feeds that work perfectly on my deskstop but when I put it online the Event.COMPLETE, rssLoaded is never fired look like the loading of the feed is impossible. I am getting the xml data in my flash envronment by Test Movie. But when uploaded it does not displays the data. Note that here I have not loading a physical file with .xml extension rather i am loading a url reference which creats an xml structure for this flash object to use.

I have a base that contains a load movie action loading "drag_bar.swf" into an mc called "content".drag_bar is a drag menu i created. It works when its opened by itself but doesnt work once it has been loaded into the base file.I know its because the AS in it contains the word "root" but when i changed it to "this", it still didnt work.

Has anyone been successful in using StageWebViewBridge to load and communicate with an online web page? [URL]. The documentation and examples offered are all configured around working with local files (which work successfully) and although the instruction to 'include the StageWebViewBridge.js' file within the loaded html page sounds very straight forward, sadly it doesn't seem to work.
For anyone wanting to replicate my test I have uploaded the files here: [URL]. I'm basically loading the 'ExampleCallBackFuncions.html' file from a web server. I've included the StageWebViewBridge.js file like so...

When I test the movie I get the correct setup output messages

im loading some RSS from twitter.. it works fine when i'm testing local, but when customer uploads it on 3rd part server, it doesent work. It's most likely a flash security issue. Is it possible to make a serverscript file that outputs the RSS to flash? Our server does have both ASP and PHP directories.. so any will do.
