When installing Flash Player form Adobe website, it's install it directly to the browser. How can I install the player to a computer that can't be connected to the web? Can I download an installation file of Flash player? (Actually I need it to operate Adobe Captivate on non connected pc)

But I closed all the programs and nothing happens as a matter of fact internect explorer still shows up in the little black box as running. there having trouble getting the installer to work on a mac? After running the uninstaller, which says it was successful, I cannot get ANY version of FP to re-install on my mac. Both Firefox and Safari are showing the plug-in as missing and when prompted to download and install, the installation fails again and again.
The only way I have been able to successfully get flash player working again is to re-install my version of Creative Suite,
which automatically installs FP when you install the Flash application.

View 1 RepliesI'm running Vista, 32 bit, and the latest version of Firefox. Any time I enlarge a video I'm watching on a website that uses the Flash Player, (youtube and others) to full screen, the computer eventually locks up. The video continues normally, but hitting escape does nothing to reduce the video back to the smaller size. I then hit CTRL ALT DEL and still nothing changes. The mouse can't move the cursor, hitting tab doesn't work, nothing.
I've tried uninstalling the Flash Player using the offline uninstaller, and reinstalling the latest Flash Player using the offline installer. I've gone to the Flash "about" page after each of those 2 actions to make sure that Flash is completely uninstalled, and reinstalled. I've also run CCleaner after uninstalling Flash Player just to make sure no registry entries, etc. remained.
Can I install Flash-8 after installing Flash CS3 on the same computer?
View 7 RepliesI've made a flash file (mac, Flash 5.5) and exported the .html. .swf and .js file with settings to Flash player 8.My viewers on a PC (Firefox 8 on XP) keep getting asked to download Flash player 8 even though they already have Flash 10 installed.I've even unticked the 'check for flash version' option in the publish settings, but the users still get asked to update to player 8.

I am trying to get the news media stations and the say Flash player needs installing. I click on install>agreement>continue>run etc then a dialogue box says that it couldn't install as the disc is coorupt and contact Adobe for a new one? To my knowledge, I don't have, and never have had a disc!

View 2 RepliesThe navigation buttons in my .fla file are set to the font, Arial MT in Bold. It displays no problem on my desktop computer. However, when I view the website on my laptops, the font changes to what looks to be something like Times New Roman. The same thing happens with my "Read More" button text. It's also originally in Arial MT Bold. On my desktop it appears fine but on my 2 laptops it appears to be in Times New Roman. This is more of an issue because I have these buttons underlined. When viewing in my laptops, these underlines appear to be too long. If I shorten it, it'll probably appear to be too short when I view on my desktop. How can I get the font to be one consistent font for all computers?

Gb HDD (dual core). I've already installed with succeed Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator CS5 and InDesign CS5 with success on my computer with DVD versions on this Windows 7 boot. I precise I already succeed to install Flash CS5 on the same computer but with Windows Vista installed (dual boot), so the installer seems to be OK. But when I'm on my Windows 7 boot, when I try to install Flash CS5 Pro downloadable version, I get some errors as soon as the installer try to copy some files on my HD and the installer stops immediatly with those error messages:
