Professional :: Does Not Work With SIS M760GX On Fullscreen

10.1 Does not work with SisM760gx chipset. I know its an old chipset for this notebook. I cant get fullscreen when watching youtube movies or something else.. The pixels stays dead and with strange colours. I know I can uncheck the use hardware acceleration , but the quality of the video get a lot worser, so i dont think this is a solution. I reinstalled the flash 9 and i got the problem "solved".. Is there plans from adobe to work on this issue for older platforms?

But my proublem is that I have a flash presentation.The defalt for moving the slide screens back and forth are left and right arrows.It works fine when tested or even the .swf fileBut then the left and right buttons don't respond when I go to fullscreen.

The project is a keyframe based presentation and I'm an actionscript novice. It is to run, full screen, as an executable off a CD ROM and there are 4 .flvs in the executable. Here is my code for the first frame which contains opening video, and it works fine (sadly a simple fscommand fullscreen from as2 won't work). Problem is, I get black screens & weirdness when I try to use stageDisplayState and fullScreenTakeOver's on the frames that contain the other 3 videos.

on the 1st i have some XML code
in the 2nd i read the XML and send to the 3rd frame and play a FLV movie. when the FLV movie ends, if goes back to the 2nd frame to "know" what is the next movie and goes again to the 3rd frame.
When i export everything is OK, when i publish and use the Mac Projector it is ok. But if i use the Fullscreen Mode, when the movie end's the Movie doesnt go back to the 2nd frame...

I have a problem with Flash Player 9. I have developed a flash application (projector) in Flash CS3 using AS2 . I can compile it into Flash 9 projector, but when I do that, it will not run FSCOMMAND("FULLSCREEN", true); anymore. I wonder why this is as such.
When I read through some help resources, somewhere it says that FSCOMMAND is not supported in FP9 because of some security reasons and it says that I should use External Interface API instead.
If I have to use External Interface whatever remember that I am working with flash projector (exe), not in a browser. I use "trapallkeys" to stop people from pressing ESC and CTRL-F to quit fullscreen mode. However, ESC and CTRL-F still work if I put "trapallkeys" above "fullscreen".
So the problem is, I only able to use either one, not both. This is really strange.
I could not make "showmenu", "false" to work either.

The following problem occured when I tried to view my flash project in full screen mode: When I applied a glowfilter to an movie object it didn't show when I run it, so I tried to do this with actionscript. It worked when I watched my flashmovie as swf in normal screen mode. But when I wanted to watch it full screen, the glow-script didn't seem to work anymore?
The actionscript looks like this:

I prepared a footer for a website and have the following issue:There are two buttons on footer bar that interests us. One is fullscreen - clicked activates fscommand function. But fscommand works only when I debug my fla. Otherwise, nothing happens. There's an additional variable that shows if fullscreen is active - nothing happens.There's also a "coder" info. I wanted to use navigateToURL function for "mailto:..." adress, but nothing happens, even if if changed it to [URL] adress. I'm creating a presentation in Flash that will be projected onto a large screen. I'm using fscommand("fullscreen", true) to make it fullscreen. Since I don't know in advance what type of playback monitor will be used, apparently there may be some issue with the monitor ratio not being 4:3 which would make it widescreen. I was told to make sure the animation etc extends beyond the Stage frame so that it accommodates widescreen but I'm not sure how to do this - I mean how do you know how far beyond the stage to extend things? Since I don't have access to the playback monitor I can't test on it and the presentation will eventually be put onto a CD ROM where viewers may have all types of monitors.

Flash freezes when in fullscreen, youtube or any other site. Disabling hardware acceleration works but significantly lowers the playback quality. I'm running XP SP3 and WIndows 7, same problem with both OSs, in IE, Firefox, Opera, and Google chrome, so it's definitly the adobe flash player that's causing the problem. Tried unninstaling adobe flash player and adobe activeX completely, than downloaded latest versions and installed them. Then I tried unninstaling them, unninstalling all the browsers, restarting, then installing the browsers and then the latest flash player.

I had an old version of air which loaded an swf that runs an as2 swf using as3 The as2 swf included keypressing and regular as2 stuff. I just installed the new version of air and exported the AIR file again Keypresses don't seem to workhow to fix this?I thought about exporting to an older version of air but I have no idea how since the only option I have in CS5 is 2.0

Is there anyway to have a projector ALWAYS fullscreen, and use an flvplayback component with fullscreen button at the same time? It seems that they're somehow incompatible. If I have multiple instances of an flvplayback component on different scenes, when the projector is fullscreen, jumping to a scene with an flvplayback on it, leads to having a black screen only!

I've to develop an interactive presentation for a customer and was thinking of flash.But I would like to have anyone opinion.Before this project, a dvd player was playing in loop a simple dvd video.Now, we would like to play an interactive video on a touchable device (http:url]....).The main menu will only present 4 button to play each video, any click on a playing video will return to the main menu.
First of all, will I be able to play a fullscreen video in high quality ? 1366 x 768 ? Which video format do I need ? FLV seem to be pretty poor quality ?

I'm creating a flash website in AS3 where the user can click a fullscreenbutton which works fine. Im not using the hardware mode because of the black borders it creates and I dont want that. The site is liquid in a sense it conforms to the browsers' size using Event.RESIZE.
The code is for fullscreen simple:
stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.FULL_SCREEN;
I'm using TweenLite to make transitions between pages and it works fine
UNTIL
I release fullscreen mode (escape) and go back to the browser. From then on all my transitions are extremely choppy (like 1 - 2 fps) and I can't figure out why. I had video on the pages but even when I completely removed the video from the pages the transitions are still choppy. When I go back to fullscreen the transitions are smooth again.

I have a flash website that opens in fullscreen mode (this is a customer request). Now I need to create some dynamic pages (php+mysql) but I cannot do them in Fles+php (I have no time to learn it). I just created some getUrl links that open in _blank targets but this is causing some problems: - in some browsers (firefox and safari) the link opens BELOW the movie, so, you don't see it until you close the flash website. - in other browsers when you click the link, the fullscreen mode will revert by itself to normal screen and the link opens in a new tab (chrome and IE 8) Is there a way to open links in front of the fullscreen mode?
In the past I created a flash website [URL] that, once you set it to fullscreen mode, allows you to see images on pop-ups (lightbox) in front of the fullscreen. I would like to do the same with php page, and not only jpg/gif/png images.

I'm trying to watch a flash video in fullscreen mode on a second monitor but whenever I click anything that causes the flash video to lose focus the video minimizes and goes to it's normal size. Is there a fix for this? or at least a way to zoom in on the video so its nearly fullscreen? neither IE8 or firefox 3's zoom functions will zoom in on flash.

I am using ExternalInterface.call to open windows using javascript Eeverthing is working fine when stage.displayState = "normal" all popup windows are diplaying behind the flash when stage.displayState = "fullScreen";Does full screen mode allow the popup windows to be displayed just like normal mode?

I've used a standard skin on an FLVplayback component which loads and plays perfectly. The problem arises when I enter fullscreen mode and then leave it again. Once I've done this, the video remains on the stage irrespective of what frame I'm on. I can even change scenes and the video remains in the middle. I haven't even added the video using actionscript so I don't really understand how it could possibly stay on more than the frame its inserted in!? At the moment I've used no ActionScript to control the video. I apologise if I'm missing something, this is the first time I've dealt with videos.
