Flex :: Connect Application To Two Different BlazeDS Servers?

is it possible to connect to two different BlazeDS servers from the same Flex app? I have already read this question: Can a Flex client app connect to BlazeDS running on a different server? However, it appears to be discussing the possibility of connecting a Flex client to a BlazeDS on a different server but not necessarily to another BlazeDS on a different server.

In attempts I have tried, I get the error mentioned in the second question above: Detected duplicate HTTP-based FlexSessions, generally due to the remote host disabling session cookies. Session cookies must be enabled to manage the client connection correctly.
Is connecting one Flex application to two BlazeDS enabled servers completely impossible? We want to be able to have a "common functionality" BlazeDS server that is used by a number of Flex apps that each have their own local BlazeDS server for their own functionality.
The way I'm currently doing it:
In my mxml file, I'm defining a a channset like so:

The calls work and I can get the data but I'm getting that warning I mentioned in the form of an alert in the Flex application.

The task is to try to connect directly to a stateless EJB deployed on Glassfish. I have already done this via Web Service and I can also connect to the EJB by calling a remote java object which uses JNDI to find and load the bean. As far as In understand the Flex technology, a Flex client connects to a Flex server to retrieve business information. Is this the only allowed connection for the client, back to the originating server? Or can a Flex client also open a secondary connection to a different server wich runs BlazeDS for message exchange?(This might offer an option for load balancing and cross-platform development).

I have a server with some simple java objects running. I want to build the client with Flex and connect to the server data with BlazeDS. The problem is the Flash Builder is not generating the Classes correctly. Just the properties are being generated, the inheritance are not being generates.

What's the best way to secure a Flex-BlazeDS application? I've googled it an several solutions came up.UPDATE after question from jsight:Flex would login, so on the RemoteObject I'll set Credentials I don't know if there comes authentication and authorization with BlazeDS (WebORB for instance does and WebORB looked at BlazeDS for their product) SSL not needed 've seen some links on the internet talking about spring security, so I'll check that out.

I've followed the getting started for BlazeDS. I'm making changes to the Flex code using Flex Builder 3, but I just can't get the changes to show up when I refresh the page on my client. Server and client are separate physical machines, I've even re-started the server hardware. One curious thing, even when I re-started the server I didn't have to re-login to the Tomcat manager page

I am a Flex/Java developer, in the process of creating a Financial/Trading website for a start-up company.The default look and feel of Flex (out of the box) is pretty plain and bland (in terms of the default styles). I'm able to get Rest + Jersey working (pretty straight forward I guess) and I was able to configure Flex + BlazeDS. Is it possible to deploy my Spring/BlazeDS/Java application to elastic beanstalk? I'm using MyEclipse and built a Java Web Project with the required jar files etc. Do you need to specifically create an AWS Java Web Project - reason I ask is the options to include the BlazeDS files aren't there - so I'm wondering if Spring / BlazeDS is even supported? By default the turnkey blazeds runs through Port 8400 - so I imagine there are some additional tasks required to configure the endpoints to work through port 80?

I'm planning on building a Flex based multiplayer game, and I'm researching what will be required for the server end. I have PHP experience, so I started looking at ZendAMF.
Now in this game, I'll need the concept of rooms, and real time updates to clients in those rooms, so it looks like I'll be using remote shared objects (correct, yes?). I'm not seeing where ZendAMF can support this.It seems to indicate that ZendAMF isn't going to do what I want. WebORB for PHP seems to be the only PHP based solution that does messaging, but on that page it doesn't mention "real-time" next to it like the Java based ones below it do.

I am a weird problem when an swf file is communicating with the localhost server. the application runs perfectly well through the flash player of the compiler. however, when I try to execute it through the browser - it seems as if the application doesn't connect to the localhost path at all.

I have an air application that I'd like to turn into a multi-player game. I'd like to have 2-40 concurrent connections per "room". We would like to have 1-10 rooms going at once in the beginning. I'd like for users to be able to share voice and video but that's not a requirement.
Users will be racing each other based on data that's updated once every second, so ping doesn't have to be super low. 1000ms would be fine but lower is preferred.[URL]..
Cirrus looks perfect. I've heard some problems about firewall and port settings, but was wondering if anyone had experience with at home users and Cirrus. Another problem is that it's been in labs for ever. You can get RTMFP with Flash Media Server Enterprise but that's like 60k-70k per processor, way out of our price range. I've also looked at [URL] but it doesn't support RTMFP. I know we can host this on AWS and maybe save some money.
There is an open source project (cumulus) that implements RTMFP too but I've read that it's more of a POC then a production ready project. The license is also GPL which doesn't work for our commercial application. I've also looked at[URL].. but again, no RTMFP integration.The reason I like RTMFP is because we can scale without a lot of server cost. I know it's a closed protocol from Adobe and it looks like wowza or red5 won't be implementing it any time soon.
Is there an affordable (not 70k per processor) server tech for multi-player gaming that you can use with AIR/Flash that scales well?

i'm trying to connect my flash application to my nodejs server running socket.io. To connect via web-browser is no problem. Now the problem, when the socket-server isn't running i get an IOError in Flash what seams alright. Now when i start the server and try to connect again, i don't get an error, but the socket-server doesn't receive a connection either?!

2. For network debugging on a mobile device, you have a reliable network connection to the device, and port 7935 is open on your machine's firewall.
