Time location of playback head (so I can display the current time in the browser extension via HTML5/JavaScript) Frames (so I can make capture them to an image file, save it and display image in browser extension) Original Dimensions in pixels (so I can display the original video dimensions via JS/HTML5 in browser extension)
Is this possible by using Javascript and HTML5 from a browser extension?

So far, I made the intro, which contains an image animation with text, and this should always be fullscreen, no matter which resolution the user has. My problem now is, that my flash does not resize really nicely, and not correctly as well. AND, the only element which should be scaled (proportional) is the background image. View 0 RepliesI have a website that had a flv file embedded on the home page. All of a sudden the flv does not appear on the page. It shows in the source file, and appears in the dreamweaver page that I use, but does not appear on the site anymore. I have the most current flash player so that does not seem to be the issue. I have tried it on both pc and mac and the video no longer loads. [URL].
The file shows that it is on the server and in the proper location. Here are screenshots from the web page and from Dreamweaver.

I am really tired of searching a solution to make my site to a fullscreen flash site..What i want to make is a site that fills the screen without extra spaces and all..The funny thing is it is working fine in swf but not in html..When viewed in html there is a big white space to the right..I have tried several solutions for this line making the html "width and height to 100 %" and scale mode to " noscale" It didnt work I tried changing the html code itself like this:-

I have this site I'm doing in Flash with an embedded video.The site has background music that is loading automatically, but when the embedded movie loads, the volume on that is mixed in witht he sites music.If you mute the sites background music, it mutes the video sound as well. Make sense?How can I seperate them out or make the sites background music not load on that particular page.

I upload the files in my server but why it's not working? I created a test folder in my folder and it does work... I would like to play a video in full screen. This is no problem when the swf resides embedded in a HTML document on itself, but..
..now it's loaded into another swf file called 'container.swf' (look at picture A).When the fullscreen function is called from within the swf file that contain the video and the fullscreen button, it goes to picture B. The other two swf files (swf1 and swf2) also goes into fullscreen. My desired result would be picture C.The video goes fullscreen within it's own swf file and does not "take over" the whole screen.

I have some people making a site that uses PHP and mysql. You will be logging in first to the PHP site, but the Flash based component of it requires to use the same log in and password. Do they have to log in twice??????
View 1 RepliesWhat I've done is created a "fullscreen SWF" by using ActionScript to stretch a movie clip (yellow rectangle) in the background to fill the whole browser frame. The navigation is positioned in the upper left using ActionScript also; when the user resizes the window, positions are adjusted so the nav always stays in the upper left. External SWFs are loaded from an XML file into a blank movie clip on a layer that is between the yellow background and the navigation (adapting the kirupa XML Photo Gallery). Here's my problem: I want to be able to create full screen backgrounds for these external SWFs so when they are loaded into the main SWF they cover up all the of yellow background of the main clip. Also if the user resizes the window, I hope like the main SWF, the background on the external SWF can also resize to match.
If you press next twice to get to item three for example, I want to be able to stretch that orange box to fill the entire background. You'll notice if you resize the window on the third item, the orangle rectangle will adjust, it's just not correct.
I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I'm having.

I'm making a flash site, and i want it to load full browser with a "fullscreen"-button to go fullscreen. The problem, however, if i resize, the site will keep the same width-to-height ratio...But if i'm testing it using the flash debugger, everything resizes just correct...My html:

i have my photo gallery and if you push a button photo has to open in new window with fullscreen.
for fullscreen i use Stage.displayState = "fullScreen";
the flash4 published set of files, with a variety of skins tried, works well on the local drive, even when moved to a different folder structure. when index.html is opened on the remote web site, the browser (firefox3 and ie7) displays the player conrols and a rotating horizontal barber pole, green and black, but no flash video.some of the skins i've used are: SkinOverPlaySeekFullscreen.swf, nOverPlayStopSeekCaptionVol.swf and SkinUnderPlay.swf. all work locally but do not play the .flv file on the web site. no problem playing flv movies on the remote web site if the file set is created by dreamweaver.

I'm developing a website in flash which have the option to be displayed in fullscreen, but the website has a video player inside which has the same functinoality. When I change the web to fullscreen mode the video is displayed instead of the main web. I have figured out that the instruction is also the same, so how can I decide which component should be displayed in fullscreen ? The video or the main web depending on the situation
