ActionScript 3.0 :: Setup A Text To Speech Feature In Flash?

I'm trying to see if I can set up a text to speech feature in Flash. I found this post, which details how to integrate Google's text to speech functionality with Flash. Seems pretty good, but the post seems to be written for uber-genius AS3 programmers...well not really, but at least those who already know how to stitch these pieces together.
I know a bit about using classes and packages, but can't seem to figure out how all the chunks of code in his post would be stitched together.
Any chance anyone can check this out, and give me a basic rundown of how all these pieces would go together?? So I can try implementing this myself...

So I have this movieclip setup so that when you rollover it it activates a scrolling feature where the clip (just text really) moves up and down with the location of your mouse so you don't need to use a scroll bar to scroll. Problem is it continues to scroll even when you're not over the clip.

I have made so many Flash presentations, but every time i stuck on one part. I need to get a professional vocal audio added to my presentation. So that when a slide is running its explanation can be done vocally.
I have seen this on a website Umbraco, here in the flash presentation on the very first page, someone is speaking about the content (This voice i have heard so many times on different presentations),Is that a computer generated voice or a software made voice or just someone speaking himself and recorded.

I am trying to develop a module for voice recognition that could be integrated with a pre-existing flash website. I don't need the full speech recognition functionality, but a limited set of it (only specific commands like next, go etc). I looked at some functionality available like speechapi.I did try to do a bit of flash training by myself since i got into this project. So anyway, if I have to go ahead, will I have to do this in Actionscript?

I'm developing a web user interface to enter some information that is not very complex but needs to be loaded in real time. I think that the application could make use of speech recognition to facilitate the task.
Te core of the interface is being built with Javascript and jQuery, but can easily include a flash or silverlight component. I believe thatīs probably the way to go. I don't need to recognize everything that the user says, but only a few prerecorded commands. Also, I don't want the user to click on a button to specify the begining and the end of the spoken command. It should be detected live.
Is there anything that does this? I would be grateful if anyone tells me about a complete solution, free or commercial, as well as any advice on capturing a sound stream from the mic and process it with flash or sliverlight.

I have started the vhost setup. I have cpanel on the server and I added the domain and it resolves to
the hosting account just fine pull up www.domain.com and goes to server.
I added the www.domain.com vhost. I pointed the application dir to /home/domain/public_html/applications/
I copied live over to applications dir. I setup user and pass for the virtual host login.

People have figured out how to use the Google Speech API (Speech-To-Text). I'm trying to get it working with Flash Speex codec, and I just can't figure it out. I've tried inserting frame size byte before each 160 bytes (as some sources say), but this doesn't work. I've set-up a custom scroll bar from an on-line tutorial. I have put placeholder text (I have proper text to fill in later) into a static text field that is inside a movie clip on the main timeline which can scroll with as2 however only shows 2/3 of the text. I have recently received a copy of the Adobe eLearning suite, in particular I hope to use Flash for the majority of my elearning projects.I have been having trouble using the learning interactions that come ready to use with Flash. For example,I placed the drag and drop interaction onto the stage area, but when pressing F12 to preview and use this feature it would not work (could not drag the movie objects), the same goes for all the other features I can select radio buttons etc but when pressing the 'cheack answer' button nothing happens.Even though these interactions come with instructions which i have followed, it still does not seem to work. I do not wish for them to be scored, I just want the user to receive correct or incorrect feedback.

I have a Flash application with one scene, three frames and a bunch of ActionScript code to provide a number of ExternalInterface hooks. The three frames contain a single Input Text box which, as the <embed> tag is resized using JavaScript, grows and shrinks (not scales) to fit. I now want to add the ability to zoom in/out of this application, for enlarging small text on screen without increasing the text point size. I thought this would be easy using the Javascript Zoom(percent) method of the Flash object, but this doesn't work because my ActionScript code contains:

I suspect I need to take the entire movie as I have it now, and put it inside a movie clip, add a zoom ExternalInterface call which somehow scales the movieClip, and move the External Inteterface methods I have now from the new Movie Clip outside to the stage... but this sounds like a near complete rewrite? Will this method even work? Is there a better way?
