I'm doing a project for work and need to change the color on this file I purchased from iStockPhoto. It is a world map flash file, which highlights the country you select in green. I simply want to change it so that all highlights are done in Red instead, but am not a flash developer so not sure how to do it.

i want to do many little animations with sound on one page. for not getting a complete sound mess i thought about playing only on hoover. i was lucky to mix up some as3 to get a sound playing only when you hover the animation.
A invisible button on a layer above the movie frames controls via mouseover and mouseout the start and stop of the sound - problem here: sound runs totally uncontrolled and asynchronous to the frames of the animation.

I have a basic mouseover in my flex application which changes an image onmouseover and changes it back onmouseout using the code mouse Over "functionToChangeImageSource()" and another one to mouseout.It works fine when you slowly mouse over and out, however if I quickly move the mouse over it, it occasionally stays on the mouseover image and the mouseout function doesnt appear to kick in. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or does anyone have any ideas why its happening?Also, I've tried the rollOver and rollOut instead but it has the same problem.[code]I'd imagine you're correct about the mouseover event not completing before mouseout is but how to I fix this?

What I am trying to do is to have the button color change to a different color when it is on the page. The color only changes when I roll over it or hit it. Once I am on the page it changes back to the color it is on the up state.

View 1 RepliesI have imported an illustrator image into flash (both cs4). It is in vector format (vector smart object-with masks). I want to convert this into a either a button or an MC so that when people hover over it, it changes colour but I cannot edit the image in Flash. If I import as none vector I lose the image quality completely but I do not want to flatten it and lose the transparencies. How I can edit the image in Flash? Also, when people hover over the image I would like text to type itself on what that link is for e.g. HOMEPAGE etc. I have AS for it to work in MX but cannot find anything for CS4.

View 3 RepliesAS3 page with text links that change to a new color on mouse_over and change back on mouse_out. Sometimes the links do not change back and all remain colored after mouse-out. I have never been able to simulate the problem on my several computers at several locations but have seen it happen on the clients computers. Is there a known issue perhaps with Flash/AS3/Flash Player Version# that might cause this?

I'm trying to get a spark tab bar to have a selected tab that does not change color on mouseover. I'm trying to implement this by working with a skin based on the skin spark.skins.spark.TabBarButtonSkin, but despite turning off the shadows on the selected and overAndSelected states, it still shows a dark color on mouseover.
