Professional :: Play At Full Screen When Play .swf Files Using Web Browser

So i've made my .swf files. The only thing is they all play at full screen when i play them using my web browser. I need them to play at 548 x 408. when i open the .fla and go to properties it says the size IS at 548 x 410 but it can't be if its playing full screen.
Ive imported an FLV into a Project. Some computers wont play the video back if the Flash Player is set to Full Screen. The screen goes black during Full Screen. If you set the player to regular, you can see the video playing (embedded into design) but once you set player to Full Screen the video plays on its own right at centre of screen. Im working on a Touch Screen Display that has the display set to Portrait mode. Im investigating if the display card is causing the problem.
I have a presentation that runs fine when its being playednormally, but when I try to get it to go into full screen mode witha button click it goes black and won't load the videos.Somehow in the past I was able to see the errors, but now Ican't get the same error to pop up.
I am building an website and i want this website to have an video in the background. I have done the part where the flash is behind everything but i can not play this video in fullscreen. How can i play flv video on fullscreen with actionscript2.0. I dont need a button for this video to go fullscreen it simply needs to start on fullscreen.
In my flash site there is a video player that I want to have an option of switching into full-screen mode. It's the video player that needs to be set to full screen, not the whole stage. How would I go about this?
How to play two 2 swf files by looping technique in Flash in a browserI have a webpage designed where in i am playing a swf file in the page with some text animation. Currently one swf file is playing on my web browser, But i want to have another swf file and loop it with the current swf file and play out on the browser. Is there any looping technique in Flash on this?
So I'm building a web application, and in part of the application the user should choose an XviD (.avi) video file from his machine, to be played in the browser (without uploading it). I decided to use Flash for this.
Now I have two questions about this:
Which Flash video player is free to use and capable of doing this? How should I let the user choose a video file, and how can I link the Flash video player to the file?
I am working in Flash CS3 and Actionscript 3.0 My application resizes according to browser width and height. If the user first resizes the browser and then loads the flash application, I could not get the full browser width untill the user goes for full screen. Is there any way around, to get the full browser width before the user goes for full screen.
I use video player from the flash media server and it will playback url.. as this originates from Flash media encoder then i have to enter this on the videoplayer but when i replace localhost with my IP address i get no joy at all. Also i can run url...ok from videoplayer in the media server but it allows the user to use http so how is this achieve as i cannot get it to work at all. tells me there is no connection. also this i try using local host and my IP address as well but no joy.
I have an FLV file, provided by the videographer. I put in a folder for the web. By looking at my other FLV files, they have support files included (a SWF for the skin, and a SWF for the player, along with an HTML page where it is embedded on).So, as this FLV file did not have these support files, I have copied and pasted the others to go with my new FLV. What else do I need to do to make it play on the HTML page on the web?I checked the code on the HTML page, and it merely calls up one of the SWFs so should be OK with that.Do I need the videographer to give me a FLA where the movie was imported to, or is this not necessary? I'm wondering if I need the FLA so that I can re-define the content path? Is this the only thing I need to get all components to work together and play in the browser?
The video imported and plays fine with the provided skins. However I want to display the video online with the same Play control as many YouTube videos - a Play button shown in the center of the video screen area. Right now I have the video player controls that I selected during import and they are at the bottom. These skin controls work but I'd like to let the user just click on the screen to start the playback.
I'm working on animating typography in Flash. In the working flash document everything is playing back OK.
When I publish the movie and play the SWF file the playback is not at a consistant speed throughout.
Sections of the animation that have content on multiple layers slows down the rate of playback. Sections of the animation that on have content on 1 layer seem to make the playback much faster. So that elements that are moving in consistant speeds inside the flash document are not moving at constant speeds in the SWF file.
What can I do so that the published movie plays at a consistent speed?

I inserted the swf in 'insert media' - 'shockwave' and the thing works when I press play to view it within dreamweaver. However, when I try to view it on a browser, either locally or remotely, it doesn't work.
I have a colleague who is trying to put together a Flash package for me on her macbook pro. It needs to play an flv file. She is unable to play flv files on her computer either in Flash or using the Adobe Media Player. I have no problem playing the same files on my macbook pro, we're both running the latest OS and have version 1.8 of Adobe Media Player. She went to the Adobe site to download the latest version of Adobe Media Player, hoping that might include whatever component is missing on her system. Because of Adobe's decision not to distribute AMP that didn't help.
She has Flash Professional CS5 11.0.2 on her system. When she imports an flv video into a Flash project and tries to play it she gets an error message saying it can't stream the video. Note that the video is on her hard drive, it is NOT on the internet so no streaming should be required. The actual error message is: "the video player is in the connection error state. It enters this state when a video stream attempted to load but was unsuccessful. There are two possible reasons for the error: no connection to the server or the stream was not found." Since it's a file on her hard drive, and she has loaded the file into the Adobe development environment successfully, the one thing we know for certain is that neither of these reasons is correct.
I'm going to develop an online examination system. There are many audio files in the exam and it's time dependent. I'm looking for a way to predownload(cache) audio files so students won't waiting for file loading after examination starts. I want to use a single page to download files and this step is not include in the exam time.
basically ive made a movie file and every time i publish it or publish preview i just get the first frame, i can scroll through the animation frame by frame but it wont play and it wont start! are there some settings i need to fiddle with or is something turned off? its really annoying me now because i cant for the life of me find whats wrong or even google an awncer. there's no error message, it just acts as if i didnt animate anything, ive tried going to propertys and putting the first frame to play but nothing ive tried worked!
It was designed in Flash MX 2004 on a mac. I need to make the site load full screen in the browser but with the content not to scale with the content to remain centered at all times if the screen size is larger than site. How do I do this? What publish settings does it need and do I use fscommand? Or does it need html code adjustment?
I'm trying to get a .swf (a game, with three total .swf files: main, title, game) onto my site and am having a problem. I understand how to actually do it and make it run (publish as HTML, copy/paste code in Dreamweaver, etc..), but my problem is having multiples .swf files and them not loading. When I embed code for one of the files, the page will play that .swf file and won't load the next .swf file (Main just contains a loader that loads title, Title will load the game .swf when prompted, Game will run). If I just 2x click the .swf files in my folder it will work, as will an .exe, but can I make it so each .swf file will play in HTML?
I play games on Pogo and have never had a problem with their Flash Games until released Daily Hot Shots. It doesn't load fully and I've done EVERYTHING I know to do to get it to play. No errors show up. I can play ALL the other flash games but this one. When I right click, the name of the site's owners do not show up....I have the settings showing though Not all of the game loads and that's the problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling....tried a different browser and have the same exact problem. THIS GAME WILL NOT PLAY.

I was checking out flash templates looking for inspiration, when I ran across this template.If you open the link, you'll see a button on the right side of the flash file which allows for full screen display. There are no browser elements visible at all.
I am using an XML Gallery on my website and I would like to make it full screen (take up the entire browser) -- instead of its current size. I have played around with the code for hours and pulled most of my hair out and STILL I have no luck on making it fullscreen... I get the positions changed but I can't manage to enlarge it to the whole browser.
