ActionScript 2.0 :: Drag MC Inside MC While Tweening?

i need to drag the green rectangle on the red rectangle to make the red rectangle to go to frame 2.But the problem is i am using AS Tweening and i cannot pick up the green rectangle from the black area.Example is attached...
I'm using a MC(dock_mc) to works like a dock, and inside this dock, have some color buttons (like laranja_btn), but if i use the tween animation, the buttons don't work animore, if i remove the tween code, buttons back to work.
I have been using TweenLite for all of my easing. I was wondering what the code is for having a button inside a movieclip not active while the movieclip is tweening.Then when the movieclip does finish tweening the button then becomes active.
I'm getting the following error: Motion tweening will not occur on layers with ungrouped shapes or on layers with more than one group or symbol. I don't have any ungrouped shapes (it's all text), each layer has 5 instances of only one symbol (keyframes), no objects are grouped and text is all static text.
When watching the animation, the first word (web) looks fine, on the second word (design) the tween fails on the last couple of frames of that clip (the blur filter disappears), the third word (and) is OK, and on the forth word (development) the blur filter is not applied to the last 16 frames of that clip.I broke each animation into its own MC thinking that was causing the issue, but that didn't fix anything.
I have created a Box component and inside it I have more then 2-3 labels placed. I need to drag the whole box component and move to different place at canvas. Technically Box type is a container type but I need to keepit all the labels inside and want to move it. Is there any way we can do that? UPDATED : Can we create any external component that allow us to drag the main box?
how to limit the region an object can be dragged in if the region is an irregular shape. I've tried with the 'set bounds' command and tried making a shape out of rectangles - but no joy.
I'm migrating from as2 to as3 and have a problem. I have a movieclip called papel_ilus which has loaded images inside with text and stuff. I found a Drag And Drop code that constrains the movement of the _x axis and have targeted the papel_ilus movieclip. However, when I click the images inside they are dragged separately from the whole movieclip I targeted and everything is a mess. Is there a way to drag the whole "pack" as one? I'm facing another problem, this time I wan't to move a object around inside a shape.The red/orange rectangle is the supposed to be dragged around inside the gray shape,the rectangle shouldn't ever be outside the shape.
i want to give viewer the ability to hold and DRAG MC2 in MC1 MC1 is gonna be the frame, while MC2 will be some bit bigger than MC1 (the frame), in dimension. And the viewer would be able to HOLD and DRAG MC2's image in MC1's frame. Please guide me with the actionscript required for it ?
I have written the drag and drop function for a movie clip this movie clip has a animation inside of it, this is on a seperate layer. When i play the swf, the animation and the movie clip it was inside become individual objects. How do I make these two objects into one entity?

i want a button in a mvie clip which moves the main movie clip to certain frames. THIS I CAN DO.

How do I make this effect... to Drag a CD image, (about 300x300 pxls) to the right of the stage and at the same time, while dragging, making the cd to flip in position to get inside a CD drive or something? I was working on a little code in which I am inserting a few movieclips within a scroll pane and then user is able to drag stuff(a movieclip) from stage to the movieclips inside the srollpane.

I have a function that states when movieclip1 is dragged and hits a line then it stops the drag, however it seems to stop the entire drag function in the swf on the other movieclips even though they arent called in the function.[code]
Im trying to do a drag and drop system where the user can drag a movie clip into an area. Although i would like to make it snap to a target instead of just sitting wherever it lands in the area. Problem Two:

i have load in a .swf and this .swf is make up of one drag object. When i load into my _level0, i can drag it but it seem then the drag is not smooth, instead it is lagging. Thus i went back to the indiviual files and try to drag on it and it was not lagging. ...why is it like that? All the files are still on my local disk.
I am creating a Flash website (AS3) which contains multiple columns of swf's. These all have individual "start drag and stop drag" vertically and works fine. My problem is when I try to create start drag stop drag on top of these swf's horizontally - I want to be able to move the whole stage horizontally containing separate columns.
I am not sure how to code it and it ends up locking the "start drag top drag" inside the columns. How can I do this so that each column is scrollable and scroll to other columns without using a scroll bar...
