Aug 10, 2009I'm using an mp3player skin, but the running time won't work (bottom of code)--it stays at "0:00" when you hit play. Everything else is working fine.[code]

Also, when I load in the mp3 it does not play all the way through. It plays about half of it's length.

And I need to display the total time too. By the way, I am not using the any flv component, I need to play the video in a custom player....

Feb 19, 2008I need this to work so that on my stage i can have a dynamic text box displaying the current time of the flv and the total time ---- example 3:45 / 6:58 where the 3:45 would update as the flv was scrubbed or played, or whenever a jump point was pressed. I found an example of this on this page.I have been using the as3 code to import my video and use cue points and for the life of me I cant get this to work.

Mar 28, 2010I made a flash video for my science project today, i added some music to it too. but the music keeps on runnning even when the presentation is over. and when i even stop it, and play it again, the audio runs in the background from the last time i played it and another stream of that audio starts from the begining. as if i play the song onec from the beginning and once from somewhere in the middle and both at the same time.

Jan 3, 2012I'm running FMS 4.5 on a Linux system with 4GB of RAM.Whenever I do a live broadcast from the server, the audio does a very strange thing. It sounds, ever so slightly, like an old record player where someone is occasionally (4-5 times a minute) putting a small amount of pressure on the speed of the record player and altering the pitch of the music. All my buffer settings are the default settings. It happens whether I'm doing CD quality audio or dialup 11025 kbps audio. I'm using MP3 for an audio format.

Mar 5, 2011I have built a basic theme for my Flex app. I would like to add support for additional predefined themes. By default, app has a theme and I would like it to change when user selects a theme from dropdown list. This can be done by loading a swf file using styleManager. However, all the skins have colors hard-coded in them. So, in order to achieve this I would have to duplicate skins and change value of the colors.
Is there a better way of doing this? Can I just have a skin that will change color values dynamically based on user selection?

Jan 23, 2012I have a problem with two functions. This is the story: the user has to press the space button on keyboard when he sees something on screen, then the "rightClick" function is called. If he presses the button when there is something else on screen that is a wrong answer (function "wrongClick" is called). The problem is that when the user presses the space button both function run at the same time.
This is the call of the wrongtClick function on frame 5
