There is possible to save as image a html content which is "under" flash of object ? I want to take a screenshot of web page and add text or graphics then save it to file.

The Movie Clip is generated by users and it has various sounds and animations and i need to save an FLV to send it to Youtbue. What have I tried: I found some question here about using an Alchemy Lib that I am using to grab the Movie Clip frame to frame and save it to Bitmap. The Alchemy Lib converts those frames to FLV like a charm and supports saving chunks of sound using ByteArray.
In this situation my Problem is, how can i grab the sound of Movie Clip to send it to Alchemy Lib? Iīve tried using:SoundMixer.computeSpectrum(sndData, false, 2); Witch returns me a byteArray in sndData variable but is useless since itīs used for render Audio Wave forms on screen. Thougth aboud using Sound.extract(); but i believe the sound class is used only for one MP3 sound and I need to grab the mixed sounds generated by Movie Clip.

I'm developing a Flash application which is communicating with Javascript to allow more features such as custom html input etc., by placing an absolute positioned div on top of the flash application and controlling it's position etc. with Flash & Javascript.
Because these html elements have to appear above the flash content, I figured the following basic css would be enough to do the trick:

So, the htmlContent has a higher z-index than the flash content and thus it should be shown above it. Unfortunately, this only seems to work when you set the Flash object's "wmode" parameter to "transparent".
The problem with this setting is that it's seriousely decreasing the application's framerate to an unacceptable amount.
For static content this does not seem to be a problem, however for my application there's all kinds of elements that you can drag around which have to be moved real-time (while moving the mouse).
So, how do I enable html content on top of flash content without using the "transparent" wmode parameter or how do I optimize framerate when using the "transparent" wmode parameter?

Currently, the facebook plugin is displayed briefly before the flash starts loading then it disappears after the page is loaded. What do I need to do for the plugin to display on the webpage in order to look like it is part of the flash site?[url]...
The green background of the facebook plugin and position is just temp for testing purposes until I can get this page to display properly.

I have a html page with flash content named map.html, and I like to include it into another page named soporte.html (which extends base.html page) through {% include %} tag. Bascially what I'm trying to do is load 2 or more external images, all the same size and resolution, then combine or composite them one on top of the other, then save that result as a new image using a jpeg or png encoder.
I don't want to take a snapshot of the stage, I'd like to save the images with thier original resolution. So far the only thing I've been able to do is load two images, and composite them on the stage. thats about it.

I'm playing with Local Shared Objects, and I was able to save and load simple data types like strings and integers. Pretty cool.
I want to Save/Load a Bitmap Object but I'm having problems. I think I got a Bitmap Object to save but when I loaded it back in, it was basically a blank bitmap. I located the actual .SOL file on my computer and opened it up. It had some basic Bitmap info like scale, rotation, visible, width, height, etc, but NOT the actual bitmap.
So I realized that I need to be saving/loading a BitmapData object instead of just Bitmap. BitmapData holds the actual bitmap pixels, I think. Anyway I saved out a BitmapData object. When i tried to load it back in, I get a type coercion error: "Type Coercion failed: cannot convert Object@df355b1 to flash.display.BitmapData". I dont get it because this error didnt occur for Strings, ints, or Bitmap Objects. Whats happening?
Also, I looked again at the .SOL file after saving out the BitmapData object, And I dont see any pixel data there. The bitmap I'm saving is 800x800 so the .SOL file should be pretty big but its just a tiny file so I know the pixels havn't been saved properly.

I have a Flash header with a menu item that drops down a sub menu and takes up an additional 200px or so of space. I need the menu to overlap the HTML content below without having to make the SWF file taller, since that would push everything down.

need to print html generated invoices from a distant server, using the print class, event if bitmap is set as false, will render the invoice a bitmap. at least the text is blurry and not usable. alivepdf could be a solution but i need to print straight, not save the pdf locally. i don't even understand, giving the fact this print class sucks badly, flex won't allow a simple javascript print function from the remote page.

The html has about a 300 pixel space where I can a flash "launcher" movie (with a html menu bar beside it) and I would like to open a 600 pixel flash movie above everything else on the page (html menu bar and all) but not using a traditional popup window or browser window of any kind (so there will be no issue with popup blockers).

I'm having a problem with a finished flash piece where, in the most simple scenario, if the user screen size is very small, the background html comes up over the bottom of the flash movie and covers a portion of it. The effect can also be seen if you resize the browser window down fairly small. I want the user the be able to see all the content fine, even if they have to scroll a lot to achieve it. I've seen mention of there being some security risk with loading images and leaving them in loaders. A few articles I've run across said that you should always draw them as a bitmap when the loading is done.
Is there any truth to this? I have a few loaders I have left in my project, do I need to hand their content off to a bitmap? What is the advantage of always having a bitmap represent the loaded image?
