Flash :: Zip File Created With PHP Shows On Localhost But Not On Server

I am trying to add to my site a feature that allows users to select a set of images in Flash (AS3) click a button and have my server create a zip file of all the images for them to download.
I have already wrote my code in flash and crated my php script and tested it on my localhost and everything works great. But when I upload the same files to my sever no zip files are created. Below is the code for both my flash and for my php.
Localhost server is using 5.2.17 and so if my Server hosted on 1&1

I want to build a flash application that upload images to the server. It seems to work fine on localhost but when I upload it to the server it just won't work. The file does not upload.

I have a flash app which runs on my browser using Apache with PHP.This app displays items according to xml files which can be created anew
or added to.When the user changes these files via php, these changes are not reflected in the app. If I close the app and re-start the changes are there.Is there some way to refresh the localhost in the program?

I'm trying to debbug my code on Client side (Action Script 3) that works with Flash Media Server 4 on localhost. Everything seems fine up to that point.However, when I'm trying to test my player with other remote streaming servers, I notice bugs because of lower bandwith transmission between the server and the player.Is there a simple way to simulate lower bandwith with FMS4 on localhost (by config, application.xml, programmation...) ?

I can't figure this out. When I test a URL page with an embedded SWF file (using [URL]) I cannot get the embedded SWF to play more than one or two frames. However, if I upload this same flash-embedded html page, and test it on the WWW, then it seesm to play without a glitch.

I have created an SWF that loads an XML file from [URL], but I get this error when running the movie using Test Movie in the Flash IDE.

Trouble is running the SWF in a browser locally does work, it only throws these errors in the Flash IDE.
I have tried a adding wildcard crossdomain.xml file in my root web directory and setting the SWF publish properties for local playback security to Allow network only, but neither of these have solved my problem.
I know Windows 7 handles localhost name resolution differently compared to previous versions of Windows but I have even added 127.0.0.1 localhost to my hosts file to no avail.

I've got a small client/server test application where I have a Flex app that makes an HTTP request of a server app. The server app is a script running on my local machine, listening on port 8001. The client is a swf that I am running locally, and uses mx.rpc.http.HTTPService to make the page request.
The HTTPService is being set up as per below:
_HttpService = new HTTPService();
_HttpService.url = "http://localhost:8001";
_HttpService.contentType = "text/xml";
When I make a basic page request, my server app is first receiving a "GET /crossdomain.xml HTTP/1.1" request, which is failing since I don't have a crossdomain.xml file in place. The reason I don't have one in place is because this is all happening on my local machine (for now) and I shouldn't need one (I don't think).
I definitely had this code working before without a crossdomain.xml when I was using Flex 3.x. I thought I had it working with Flex 4 as well. Now I'm using Flex 4.5. Is there an issue here, possibly due to security policy changes?With all of this happening on localhost, why is the Flash player requesting a crossdomain.xml file?

Are there any Air + Zend Amf examples that use a real world web server and not localhost?
Basically I cannot get an Air or Flex application connected to a remote mysql db to work once deployed. How can I successfully move a finished application to a normal web server (website).
When testing everything works no problem but as soon as I deploy the gateway.php (regardless of where i put it on my web server) will not connect. I've even tried flash builder 4 auto generated code and still no luck

problem with a website that when I see in local mode everything is ok but when upload it to the server something is wrong , if you go toin the Menus section if press the photo and then try to expand it, not expand properly, so you have to press again to view it correctly. I know that the problem is in the actionscript but I don know how to fix it

My employer has a Flash Media Server that I wrote a little streaming video app for a couple years ago.Well, the videos have stopped working and I've been asked to troubleshoot. I fired up the fms_adminConsole.swf and connected to my server. Now, it's been a long time since I've messed with the server, but if I remember right, there was a big list of apps on the list on the left hand side of the "View Applications" view of the console. When I log in, there are no applications listed. If I hit the "New Instance" button under the empty list, I'm presented with a list of all the apps I think I should be seeing in the Applications list. If I select any of these, a new application instance appears in the applications list, and I'm prompted to give it a name, the default being "_definst_". If I hit enter to create this instance, it remains on the list and instance data appears on the right panel until the console refreshes, and then all that vanishes and I'm back to an empty applications list again.
Going to "Manage Servers", I do see a list of applications under the applications tab that I expect to see. The app that streams the video that's having problems is there on the list.
Is this typical behavior for the Flash Media Server Console? Shouldn't I have a list of apps in the "View Applications" section of the console? I've created about a dozen to date, and they're all listed under Manage Servers > Applications, but not under "View Applications". Can anyone point out if I'm doing something wrong here or missing something?Or can someone confirm that I SHOULD be seeing something under "View Applications" and that there is indeed something weird going on with the server.

Initially I had local ip (say 192,168.1.XX). Now I connected to public ip. I opened flash media server administrative console, it ios not allowing to use 'public ip' but allows to login as 'local host'. Because of this i am unabvle to test my streams. I need to publish this on cdn.
Earlier URL - rtmp:.//MY_LOCVAL_IP/vod/sample - works
but - rtmp://MY_PUBLIC_IP/vod/sampe - does not work

I´ve a problem with a website that when I see in local mode everything is ok but when upload it to the server something is wrong , if you go to [URL] in the Menus section if press the photo and then try to expand it, not expand properly, so you have to press again to view it correctly.

My file reference function is not working when i upload my swf into my server. I tried in localhost it works. I tried publishing in HTML it works. I can still create the video and the files and it all works in dreamweaver when I preview in iexplore. When I put the files and the page into the host server it shows the skin and no video. If my paths are wrong I do not know where to check them. I need help MY whole career is on hold until I know how to do this like clockwork/ I need step by step with creating and changing paths and uploading using cpanel or dreamweaver. getting the files made and uploaded is easy part. I have been here before and cheers to the help. I really need an in depth answer about how to do this from start to finish. I have looked at all tutorials and they all make it seem so easy but dont show anything on paths. If my video works in dreamweaver but not online live what is wrong? I am lost and on edge lost many weeks of sleep over this simple process.

I install the latest version of apache before the FMS4. After the installation completed, I copied webroot, applications and other files to the web sites home directory. I also updated the FMS.ini file in the config folder. Because I am not familiar with FMS, I don't know whether the change is correct or not.

I'm making a program in flash builder 4.5 using WebOrb 4 (which is fantastic, I might add). When I go to deploy, however, it gives me this error:

I published a Flash movie in CS4, which includes the following ActionScript 3.0 code to allow people to click the movie to open a new web page; but it will not play from the web server...however, it plays just fine from my local hard drive in Firefox and IE 7.It is an html file with an embedded .swf and I made sure to copy over the swfObject.js, AC_ActvieX.js, AC_RunActiveContent.js, expressInstall.swf, and swfobject_modified.js files to the correct directories. The address is: [URL] and as you will see, there are no errors...just a blank page. I even tried changing the script from:
<script type="text/javascript"><!--swfobject.registerObject("FlashID");//--></script>
to this script: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/swfobject/2.2/swfobject.js"></script>, but using this script generates a lot of CSS and other errors.

I've developed a drawing application in Flash and I need that when the user has finished to draw and click on the save button, the drawing he has done get saved as jpg into a folder on a server. I've managed to save the drawing as a jpg to the server using FileReference, then I found a code that uses PHP to do the same, but not upload the jpg to the server:
