How would i make a web banner that maybe could expand to a bigger size when i roll over it?
i see people doing these over the internet but do not know how.sometimes the web page changes to accommodate for the bigger web banner once the user rolls over with their mouse.
Does anyone know how to make a button for the video to expand to the entire screen size?URL...

what I want the swf to do is upon roll over of the banner ad, I want a a h.264 video to load to the right of it (I have an alpha button over the entire stage). I've got the rollover to play the video, the only problem is when I roll out, the video continues to play if I roll back over, the same video plays on top of that, again and again and again every time I roll over.

I recently contributed a soundtrack to a flash movie. The canvas size of the document was 550x400px, and we tried to export it in near-HD format to various formats. This resulted in either no video (DivX/Xvid export) or in a real bad quality so that even a screen capture would produce much better results. My question is: can it be related to that the canvas needs to have at least the size of the desired export? The person creating the movie assumed/stated it would easily resize on export since it is vector material / high res images, but the results are rather ugly

I currently have some code that displays an image in a pop up and just takes the width and height of the image. My problem is that some of the images are larger then my screen. How can I get the size of my screen and then readjust the width and height of the image based on that?

I want to be able to make a movie clip (that acts as a button) so the roll over effect finishes before the roll off effect is triggered. Like if a marker circles a button, i want the circling animation to stop before the roll off effects happens. Anyone know how to do this.

i have been using AS2.0 for quite a long time. And i started using papervision3D too.I am using tutorial made by Lee Brimelow's cube tutorial. but i want different results. So long i am able to move the cube in one direction and that is my requirement. But in his tutorial he as link to urls. what i want is to expand one face of the cube which is clicked to expand to fit in the screen.(i am also using fullscreen and stage resize).
View 1 RepliesI am very new to Flash and would like to find some way to have a movie expand from the page and open larger. I have tried having it open in another window, but that looks cheezy. It would be great to have it sitting in the page (right now it is 375 X 280) and then when someone clicks on the video it opens, without any borders, just viewer, to 900 X 675. I have looked online at various players, but none do anything like this. There has to be a way to make this happen. Right now I am using Dreamweaver CS3 and just using the embed player that is part of Dreamweaver.

View 1 RepliesI am using a logo in .png form. I would like to have the logo very small at first and then get bigger frame by frame as it goes down the timeline. I created a keyframe on frame 1 and then another keyframe on frame 40. I then made the logo on frame 1 a small size, and I have the logo on frame 40 a large size. I am not sure how to tween them to produce the effect. It won't let me select the "shape" tween. I tried "classic" tween and motion tween (makes you convert to symbols), but no dice.

And keep the tweens, timeline functions and so on. I need the banner to always be identical like original. There could be other web banner sizes to fit.
2. ) How do I resize all the objects from 336 x 280 pix to 468x120 pix, or any new size without corrupting the objects, time and tween inside the FLA. -I am using Flash CS3.
