ActionScript 2.0 :: Random Multiple Vibrating Circles But Not Both

I followed a text base mouse trail tutorial and the random vibration tutorial (found here). The issue I am having is being able to use both at the same time. I can either have the text based mouse trail OR the random multiple vibrating circles, but not both. I think it has to do with the "MovieClip" name. My problem is I need to generate numbered circles ( from 1 to 100) and I need to make them click able. When I click the circles in order (i.e. 1, 2 , 3...etc) the clicked circle should change color or get disabled (to indicate it is clicked). I should not be able to click the next numbered circle until I press the previous numbered circle and there should be a counter to show how many correct circles are clicked.

i'm "experimenting" a bit with code at the moment and now i have written a class that creates a circle that bounces at the bottom of the stage. Wich has a random size and a random starting point.But now i wan't to expand the code so that i can have a random amount of balls bouncing down, so instead of only one there are f.e. 3 balls.Also i have noticed that the stage.stageHeight does not get updated when i resize my screen when i run iton how to make that happen ?

The basic area:
add 5 circles on random locations on stage...
and animate them to random locations on stage without touching each other...

The problem::
The code below works perfectly (up to a certain point). It succeeds in making the circles animate to random points on stage. It also succeeds in detecting if once circle comes to close proximity with another circle... Code on main timeline:

Below is simplified version of a game I am creating. Basically, the game have some circles. Each circle shoot bullets that is dispatched with timerEvent. When the circle is clicked it is removed from the stage. However, the bullet still keeps on dispatching. I couldn't figure out how to stop timerEvent of each individual circle when it is clicked.

I have a program that generates multiple circles that need to be semi-transparent (50% alpha). The circles will overlap in places, and I need those overlapping areas to continue to be 50% transparent. Obviously the default behavior is for the overlapped areas to become nore than 50%. I have tried putting these circles in a container together and setting that containers alpha to 50%, but the default behavior still exists.

Im currently doing a project where we need to use flash to make a short motion graphic. I have found and read about vibrating actionscript for single frame things but am wondering if it is the best thing to use for say 10 frames where I want to make an item "vibrate". I couldnt get the actionscript from the tutorials to work well for this - does anyone have any ideas or code that might be good to put over 10-20 frames and add a vibration?

when I click a button it loads an SWF, then when I click another button it loads another SWF into the same loader. However it appears to be loading multiple SWF's in conjuction with the amount of times I clicked a button. So say if I clicked a button 3 times it would load 4 of the same SWF's on the forth time and load them at the same time.

I am doing a multiple mask where an image is being masked by multiple little squares that drop down.I created 2 layers, mask and masked for each square and image.That part works fine, however, I wanted to load a different image everytime when the page loads, I used the example on this site:

The random motion tutorial works just perfectly with one movieclip, but when I try to make a new movie clip and assign the same code to it, it really doesn't duplicate at all. The original movieclip has an instance name of dot so I created a new movieclip with instance name of dottwo.But for some reasob the following code doesn't duplicate the dottwo at all

I've got a Flash file that displays a series of .swfs one after the other and I'm trying to figure out how to encorporate a preloader into this script that takes into account the fact that I'm randomly selecting which of those .swfs to display first.

Here's what the attached script does so far:

1. Call external XML file and put .swf path names into an array.

2. Randomly select one of those .swfs to display first.

3. Once that .swf movie has played through (each one is about 6 seconds long) --OR-- if the "next" button is clicked, load the next .swf file.

4. When we've reached the last .swf file in the list, start back at the beginning of the list.

I have looked at a BUNCH of preloader scripts but just haven't grasped actionscript enough to know how to encorporate them into my file.
