Mar 9, 2005I can't with this, that AS put leafs in the screen and move them on X axis from left to right, and I want the opposite, from right to left, and I can't fix the code, I thought the key was to change this:

with that the movement goes from right to left just as I want but, when all the leafs appears on the screen, it stops from creating more.Here is the entire code:

[URL] the client wanted a video player - so i built a one, but bravo now says we have to use their video widgets if we want to post any of the topchef videos on our site... i was unhappy about this, stylistically, but fine - we do what we have to do. the problem is now i am thinking it might not be possible the embed code, to put the widget in an html file, is below. i tried using the loader class with the url given in data=. it gave me a sandbox security violation. the problem i am having - i think - is the id=. is there away to pass this with Loader or URLLoader or something. if we wanted to blow off bravo�s request to use their widgets - is there any good way of figuring out where they keep actual video files?

Flex :: Share Code Between Swfs?
Sep 24, 2009Lets say I have two swfs A and B, and at runtime, swf A loads swf B, and I wish to share code between them, to minimize file size and download times.
If swf B has some code (say. com.blah.HelloWorld), I tell the compiler to have swf B's source in swf A's classpath, but only do a compile-time link and not actually compile com.blah.HelloWorld into swf A
This works, and I have tried it, using a the -includes and -externs compiler options.
However, My problem is that I wish to do this the other way. i.e. swf A and B (and potentially swf C) all need com.blah.HelloWorld, but I want com.blah.HelloWorld to be compiled into just swf A, have it as an external reference in swf B ( and potentially C as well.)
I tried doing this using the externs and includes, but I get ReferenceErrors when I do this.
I want to do this without a having a separate rsl, so I can reduce the number of http requests.

Alright this works fine but the problem is, when you click this button, it works, but then you click any other button and it brings up the contact swf file again. Is there any way I can fix or change this code so it will work?

Feb 5, 2009I am trying to prevent users from viewing my site and then simply going into their "temporary internet files" and stealing my swfs and XML files. I have been using a great .PHP code to stop this but now I am working on a server server that only uses .aspx files. Does anybody know of a way that I can stop files from being stored in the "temporary internet files" folder. I have encrypted the files but this is not good enough.

UPDATE 2010-05-14: If I'm not mistaken HD.se uses Flowplayer and all those flasvars are for that. Perhaps someone here is good with Flowplayer? I've never used it myself.

Feb 25, 2012I have a client where some of their employees have flash installed and some don't. So always using the swfuploader module widget isn't going to work and it doesn't gracefully fall back to HTML. In fact it just leaves a non-functioning button in its wake.
So what I would like to do is detect when they don't have Flash available and switch to the standard Drupal File Upload widget. Now in my head it seems like this would only work if done on the server-side. But can that even be done reliably on the server side?
Also, can this on-the-fly widget switching even work in Drupal or will it pitch a fit?

Currently If I want to add five more buttons the code must be duplicated for each buttonMC and this seems really inefficient. This is the only way I have been able to make everything work though.

Nov 13, 2010I am loading eight external swfs by way of eight buttons with actionscript to remove the swfs and sound after a new button is clicked. This works fine except that as soon as you get to the frame where the actionscript is all the swfs load at one time on top of each other. I don't want any to load until the button is clicked for the right one. MouseEvent listener works but only after all the swfs have loaded. How do I get the swfs to load only when the buttons are clicked. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
