I have a 100% flash site that I would like to layer a png logo above. I would like the logo to appear top left of the window at all times, above the flash movie.
I have looked online for hours and found wmode tips, etc but I'm a beginner coder and am unsure of how to piece it all together.
I created the flash index.html page within flash CS3, using publish settings and would like some step by step info or guidance on how to achieve the logo png. layer above the movie.
Here is the flash file I am referring to: [URL] You can view it online here: [URL] Notice how when the navigation loads in on the left, the WhipSmart logo Goes to the topleft? Well I don't want it to do that. I want that to happen ONLY when a user clicks on a navigation link.
So how it should looks is: The whipsmart logo appears big (as it does), the mid text loads and WhipSmart logo gets a bit smaller (as it does) and THEN it needs to stay like that until a user clicks on a menu item (it doesn't do that now, right now it automatically goes up to the topleft without the user making an action).
How can i make my .swf movie (760*400) center 9top,bottom, left, right) in HTML without using Frames or Nestedframes? (in case of old versions of netscape and IE?)does anybody now a script or HTML for this?

I have a swf object that is to the left of a header div that is 1000px wide. the swf is 303px wide. How would I make the swf on the left hide behind the window when the windows is only, say, 1050px wide?

I've tried to make the header 1303 wide, but then on resize it just stops and keeps moving everything that is under it, and the swf stays put
I have a series of thumbnails that should scroll from left to right & right to left when you roll over the movie clip buttons on either side. How should vector artwork be drawn in Freehand so that white details sitting over a blue base are still readable when alpha of e.g. 50% is applied in Flash 8 ? In Freehand 9 I created a logo. Logo has an rgb mix blue base rectangle and rgb white drawn shapes on top. I also drew over the text and gave it the rgb blue as a fill with line none. That sits on top of one of the white shapes.

We've got a green screened video playing in a flash movie over top of our html content.when the movie ends, flash uses external interface .api to call a javascript function which swaps the flash movie out with a 5 x 5 pixel flash movie (rewrites the <div>).this works and you can interact with the html content after the flash movie in all browsers except firefox.anyone know of any work-arounds or is there a better way of handling flash over html in this fashion?
I want to have some flash movie rotate these values every 10 seconds. I don't want to program it hard into flash, it has to be variable. It has to display the first set, then after 10 sec the second, and so on.Maybe if it is possible something that stops the toggle, and skip to just the second, or just the third.I also don't want to use javascript to do this (jQuery etc.), because this conflicts with another timer on the website.Is there a way of doing this?
I am having this issue with Flash CS5 Mac version:After making an animation, I export movie as Quicktime. When I view this movie, the animation leaves trails of color when an object moves across the screen, leaving behind little bits of color too. This does not happen when I export a SWF, but it does happen when I export a Quicktime movie. I export using Quicktime, so I can then I can export it into a flv in Adone media encorder.Why does this happen?
i have a swf object in my page, and i want it to have 100%width (entire screen) but i want the swf to be aligned to the left. with the following code it gives me the 100%width but the swf is aligned to the center of the page, is there a way to change the alignment?
I am using a flash swf from the website[url]...where it allows me to upload images via an xml file to the flash movie. However the flash movie is changing the mouse cursor to hand-cursor when passing the mouse on it, and also it is allowing users to click on the movie, while I wanted to leave the mouse cursor to remain as an arrow, and prevent users from clicking on it, I tried the following code, whereby I used another flash movie to call the dewslider swf, but in IE it is not working, although in firefox it is ok..[code]...
My vision is to have a colored square at the top of the site Im working on which should span across the entire browser window. I have created a square 1280 x 100 pixels in size and imported it to the stage, alignment is set to x=0, y=0 ad alignment. The scene is the same size as the square I 've imported. When I view my Flash creation its displayed 8 pixels from the top left corner of the browser window. The flash file only contains the square and nothing else. take a look at the 3 files I've attached: issue-scrreen1-3.jpg. The first 2 screens are my Flash, properties and library screen shots. The third screen shot is my browser window.
I have looped 5 frame movie clip on stage contained of several objects. IN3rd layer I have a button symbol "logo" in frame by frame mc, which reacts on rollovers made in "over" state of a button. I just purchased a flash template and can not seem to find where I place the logo. The template now has a logo in text, but I want to replace it with an image.

But when I import it into the flash as a png the quality of my image is seriously reduced. How to import transparent images into flash as say jpg quality.
I am doing a project in PHP in which Users can upload videos to the website.Visitors can watch the videos in the website. There will be a logo on the web player.when the visitor clicks on the logo it has to take him to a new page.I don't know how to add a logo with URL link on a web player.
My problem is this: I have 16 x different sizes of flash files. (banners) That's 1 set. Now I have to make another 20 different sets with 20 different logo's in them.(320 banners total) So the long and harse way to do this is open all 320 banners and then replacing the logo in them one by one.
My solution was to make 1 set and load a logo dynamically using the AS2 loadMovie function. But if I do that I have to have a logo image file in the same directory. My client doesn't accept this. He only wants flash files.
So, how do I embed a image dynamically on publish. So that if i'm finished with publishing banners I can just throw the image away because it's in the flash file loaded already.

I am relatively no used to flash but wanted to put a flash effect to my logo for my site. I managed to do the effect on a site I saw on the next. The effect animations I used was hue and saturation effect. Here a direct link to the logo online with the effect. Anyway I cud do that on flash n stick it to my site ? I have this flash project in which i animate a logo from big to small, the logo in the big state looks pretty good but when the flash movie reduces the image the logo tends to pixelate(i dont know if this term is correct).
I have created one animated flash (Adobe CS4 Action Script 3) logo with 8 movie clip objects (The file name is MyLogo.swf). It is working fine. I have another flash file called MyWebsite.fla. How can I use my MyLogo.swf in MyWebsite.fla so that it can animate on my home page?
