Resolution - Create A Flash File For Each Screen Size?

I created a swf file for one my clients using a screen size of 1024px x 768px (4:3 ratio), now my client wants to re-use the video in a bigger screen (TV) that still uses a 4:3 ratio but the screen size is considerably bigger (I do not have the exact size yet). Do I need to recreate the flash file using images that fit the new screen size, or the fact that they both use a 4:3 aspect ratio means that the image quality will not suffer?

I am editing my website, a full flash site bought from Template Monsters and it seem there is a problem with screen resolution. When i publish the fla in flash only, it fits the screen exactly with no scroll bar but when i publish in html the flash content is bigger than screen size and menu bar stays outside the screen in the way that i have to scroll down to see menu contents and tabs.In order to make this site more user friendly I have tried to resize the screen to a smaller but seems to be not a good idea. I have also tried to use different .js and includes in order to solve the problem but still not giving the result i am looking for.

How can I make my flash Webpage displayed same size on any screen resolution of my computer? Whether it is 1024 X 768 or 1280 X 960 screen resolution, the size of Webpage (Flash Webpage) should always be same so that user don't need to use horizantal scroll bar to view all the content.

I am developing a flash based website using mxml. My monitor's resolution is 1280x768 and is widescreen. The problem is while it appears properly in my screen it doesn't appear properly in others.
-Let scrollbars take care of it : If the screen is 14 inch screen with 800x600 resolution it appears zoomed in. So that's a problem
-Get screen resolution and resize using scaleX and scaleY : The graphic components will get resized but fonts give problem.

I make flash util with as3. Utility like paint program and export png file your draw shape. Our users put anything on own screen and shape frame this thing with mouse. Then send me exported png. Just want to find out something... I have a .swf video file which I open with the normal Adobe Flash player 10. What happens is that when I open that file in a smaller screen resolution there's some parts missing (cuts it off around the edges).

The problem that I'm facing is in regards to the width of a sliding menu that I've created. The menu slides based on mouse x position and width of the movie. I would like the menu to fit to the entire screen regardless of the users resolution. I wanted to know if there's a way to detect a users screen width and then adjust the variable for screen width within my actionscript .fla if necessary.

My company sent me a video that they wanted us to post on the intranet. It's a simple powerpoint video with a narrator talking about some policy and benefit changes, etc.
I tried the exporting the video in both 720(width) and 1280 format, and found that when shown in fullscreen mode, the 1280 format was much easier to read than the 720, however, we didn't want to show it on the intranet page at full 1280 by default. So I modified the html and javascript that plays the movie so that it would show in 720 width on the page. The problem with resizing the 1280 video into a 720 space is that the video player bar (where the play, stop, volume controls are) becomes extremely small when I do this. Of course, this is because Flash generated the player with a toolbar optimized for 1280, so it's getting scaled down when I pack it into a smaller playing area.
Is there an solution to this that I haven't thought of? How can I generate this movie to get the better full screen appearance of the 1280 video, but also still show the video in a smaller 720 area when the user is not in full screen mode?

We are building a flash based product (coded in flash builder) and need to ensure that the font size is readable for all standard screen resolutions- we coded fontsize to be a fraction of screen dimensions... still we find that it looks smaller on low resolution and larger on higher resolution
we dont have this problem with other assets like containers/images etc
why this happens? Any thoughts on how we can make it uniform across screen resolutions?

So ive been asked to build a page for a real state company and the guy told me it should be similar to these [URL] Ive been trying a couple of weeks so far, but i dont seem to find a way to do somthing similar, i mean, i want to have the welcome screen as those two:
- the gradient background
- flash occupies whole screen no matter what size it is
- gradient expands sideways infinately
- no matter what height my explorer window is, gradient is always in the same position relative to top, and if i keep expanding downwards the background keeps last colour of the gradient.
- the brand logo looks as if it had top, left and right anchors, and it also limitates the minimum width of the explorer window
i though of addind a 3000 x 3000px square with the gradient and centering it, but i know there has to be a professional way of achieving that.

I am currently finishing off a flash project that I began using FlashMX (with action script 1).It is a language teaching tool which will be viewed both online, and will be also put on CD.I would really like the swf to fill the user's entire screen.I have tried a few things with javascript in the html file that haven't worked. I would greatly appreciate any tips on how to:
1. Create a toggle button for full screen in my flash file
2. Make the swf take up the entire browser window (width="100%" height="100%" doesn't seem to work)
3. Create a standalone version for CD that fills the user's entire screen

What I want is to create a 2d/flat site wich is larger than the normal screen size... for easy viewing I want the site to move related to the mouse movement so that when you drag your mouse left the entire site kinda moves to the right, and by that permits the viewer to browse the site without using the scroll bars. I have a website with a large .swf file. However when people with smaller screens view the website, I would like the .swf (which takes up the entire screen) to resize to fit on exactly. Just like how on most flash sites when viewed they fit the screen perfectly, however also then when viewed on computers with smaller screens they resize and still fit perfectly again.

I want the website or each page of this site or each swf file to resize depending on any screen or window size. I am using Flash CS4 and AS3. I have researched this and found lots of information but I am fairly new to actionscript and scripting in general. Here is what I am trying to do. I am working on a site that is already setup and ready to go. What I am creating is a very basic 15 second flash intro/flyer that will show up and eventually redirect to the main site. I'd like to know where to look for documentation on how to make elements that adjust to the site resolution, or what this technique is called.
Like in here (the floating clip on the left upper corner, there is a menu divided into 2 parts like float:left and :right (like I would make this in css))

Basically I'd need a menu always aligned to the bottom-center of the page that won't change the size, but the background always stretched proportionally to the width of the page upon resizing.
