is there a way to get the current directory of the project? i'm trying to load images using dynamic paths and it seems that the link is broken. but seeing the current directory of the running project i'll be able to make sure that my picture links are valid.

i have flashbuilder 4.5 installed.
how do i proceed?
the project consists of:
- main.mxml
- applicationContext.xml
- a build shell script
- a bunch of as source code folders
- a folder containing the assets
i do not know with which IDE the project was developed. the main interest would be to get it compiling inside flash builder

View 1 RepliesProblem:I call a PHP file using an HTTPService. I set the result of this HTTPService to a function which populates a testTextArea with whatever the PHP file has returned (echoed). This work fine when I run the application from flash builder i.e. I get strings in the testTextArea, echoed by my PHP file. But this does not work fine when I make the Release of the project and the testTextArea gets populated by the whole code of PHP file.

View 1 RepliesI'm trying to make a simple test for my current project and I have som problems with Vector class. I'm assigning BitmapData to the MovieClip and store this MovieClip to an Array. Then I'm able to access BitmapData.If I do the same but use Vector instead of Array class, I get this error if I want to access BitmapData:1119: Access of possibly undefined property bitmapData through a reference with static type flash.displayDisplayObject.

That class will compile properly ONLY when it's located in my top-level directory (same dir as the .fla and Document.as files). If I move that class to a deeper directory, say com.place, and update the package statement and symbol link appropriately, the compiler will generate error "1136: Incorrect number of arguments. Expected 0."Create flash project and put a rectangle on the stage. Covert it to symbol and assign it to class TestPanel - or whatever you choose. Also configure the fla so that is uses a Document (Main) class.Create Main.as and TestPanel.as in the same folder. In the Main class, instantiate a instance of TestPanel and add it to the stage. Flash will, predictably, add the rectangle symbol and everything is fine.Now modify TestPanel so that its constructor method takes a Number and have Main.as pass some number to TestPanel.[code]You now get the error: 1136: Incorrect number of arguments.Expected 0.When I move the TestPanel.as into a deeper directory, Flash somehow is looking elsewhere for the base class for Symbol, even though I'm mapping that Symbol to com.place.TestPanel.

When I run an exe projector that I exported from flash cs5.5, and on few of my client's computers it running very slow in full screen.When I running an swf file (not exe projector), also in full screen, it running well!I checked my clients computer hardware, and it match the system requirements of flash player.

Dependency is war->swf->swc.
With parent artifactId of swf, swc, war set to swf, swc, test respectively.On executing mvn on test folder(for that matter clean or anything) I get this following error.
